Supernova Nationals 2024 R1 Run1 Capsize and rudder off

1st time experiencing 1m waves in a Supernova at Plas Heli (Pwllheli) - Supernova Nationals 2024. 1st run, with some nice surfing until to boom catches the water and results in a capsize. On righting I find the rudder has fallen off!, After managing to get it back on, I pull the rudder downhaul, before straightning up.. doh! Capsize to windward and break the goPro holder!

That’s because I was now perpendicular to the waves after the gybe onto port… and the bow was starting to nose dive 😱
