Thank you so much this really helped me so much because at the end of the wires if you move it alot it breaks but the Xbox 360 adapter doesn't have any wire so it can last basically for ever thanks 👍👍👍

@@zulu3-5actual94 I have a LVL UP headset and the adapter part that has audio doesn't work but I can just put the audio on Xbox speaker mode so I can still hear people and talk to them
I bought what I can buy like those two and I tried doing exactly as you presented in the video but it didn't work, it was a waste of money on my book
You rather need an Xbox turtle beach headset or a non-brand 360 controller
Same only chatting works for me I wanted to hear game audio as well

Guys try a non-brand 360 controller for game audio, since original ones aren't designed for game sound transfer to mic, that might work
Awhhh that's why....Im wondering why game sound Isn't going to my mic that's all I want is for that to work I thought we had features like that back then Im shocked that wasn't implemented yet must of been the Ps4 and One era that started.

I’m pretty sure if you get an Xbox turtle beach headset you can hear audio out of that and there only about £5.00 so your probably better of getting the turtle beach

Have you tried your controller and headset on PC? I have the same 3,5mm adapter, but then i'm using the 360 controller on PC with the wireless adapter, the sound quality it's really bad. (But at least it works both the headphones and mic)

yeah and the game volume doesnt because microsoft was stupid enough to not make a function where you could listen to the game volume through the controller

With the adapter do u just turn up with normal tv .
I use logic speakers so i can watch movie threw speaker's but have adapter in tv so can watch with headphones at same time due to crazy neighbours.. I turn tv up then just turn down the speakers so i still have louder on headphones.
With 360 adapter will that be same way to control volume just turn up tv

You can connect a 360 with brooks adapter, but unfortunately the headphones won't work

I'm guessing you've figured it out by now but after reading some of the comments you won't hear game audio through it, I just got one, should have known better. Usually I do a little research before buying something like this. I won't make that mistake again

@@rightspritegaming actually it's my fault for not doing research first. I didn't know couldn't get game audio through 360 controller. I usually check stuff like that out. It is cheaply made in any case though. Hope you find what you are looking for

Ah the wire cable is a stereo and mic (three channel) Spliter into stereo and mic in. I pick that up at electric store based around mine place but you can find them on amazon
