That pass from Okocha is very underrated.

Ike shoromu was too good he should be the man of the match.
Shorunmu was our most unfortunate goalkeeper
You can see Okocha there with his strangulating pass. Aghahowa has a very sharp reflex. He did not pass to Okocha and go to sleep, he started running and collected the long pass from Okocha.
I love you jay jay okocha you are my mentor
Ike Shoronmu had a good time and a fantastic saves
To me Ike shoronmu is the man of the match 😊
Aghahowa had the best scoring ratio in our national team okonkwo, opabumi,Ogbeche our weak link…. Ike shoronmu is one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time
حارس منتخب نيجيريا أكثر من رائع واعتبره هو رجل المباراه بتصدياته الممتازه
One of the best keepers we've ever had
Jay jay the best
Our defense was shaky thru our this match, players were not falling back quickly, the Irish where faster
Ireland were a top side that time. They hadn’t lost in 2 years prior to this game despite facing Portugal and Netherlands home and away. Anyways, Onigbinde was outdated and that team was useless except for JJ, Julius and Ike
Ike Anobi was just having fun, what a great game for the legend.
Great work
Days when goalkeepers used to hold on to shots...
This match cost Wilson Oruma a place in the 2002 FIFA World Cup despite being talented
Agreed. Ogbeche should have also been left out the world cup.
Yes you got it
Just check out okochas passing 😂😂😂😂😂
This is a strong Irish side, back in the days. Lots of senior players in Nigerian side has problem with thd FA then, and were sidelined
jayjay okocha 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wilson Oruma never played to his own skills. He tried to copy Jay Jay's style of play.
How did opabunmi enter the super eagles 😮
Very good goalkeep
So Eagles took a relegated league 1 player to the WC? These were really dark days
Jay Jay the king 🤴
Ike shorohumi was criminally underated in Nigeria. More composure even than enyeama
During his peak and that year( 2002), he was on fire and was the best goalkeeper you had that time
He was good no doubt, but enyeama remains the best we ever had.
He was beta than enyema
@@frankchinedu9905 please please please, I don't want to argue about this.
Until he gifted two goals to Cameroon at afcon final in Lagos, 2000
How can I forget great Opabunmi of 2001 under 17
Unfortunately, his country has forgotten him since he went blind....SMH
😭🤷🏾♂️😭
Sodje with his bandana
After Iyanma na Shoronmu for me
This is the Roy that called Haaland a League two player right?
😅
And his right, only an indomie generation people will not know that Roy was a great player
@@PiusAgnes No, he is too petty to be considered great. Besides, how old is your father?
J J been JJ
Grandpa Okoronkwo made a simple clearance and stayed on the ground 1 minute later till Nigeria scored. That guy should be the biggest age cheat in Nigeria’s history
Yes ...old and less talented
He wasn't old then he just wasn't good enough
When Nigerian team had to orientation and organization
Not really, this was the worst period of our football.

Oruma was not looking good in the game
He has always performed below par. Lived mostly on under 17 Glory
