I'm trying to recreate this in Blender. It's actually much easier. All you need to do is use a bezier curve and animate the start and end mapping. For the material, I used a gradient texture plugged into a ColorRamp node with all the colors of the rainbow. It's turning out very well.
Gotta love Blender. Easily one of the greatest FOSS success stories of all time.
i am also tryna recreate this in blender , the only thing i am bad at is motion tracking , so i am having some issues

Now that I think about it, pizza is a weird thing. It’s delivered in a square box and when you open it, it’s a circle and you eat it as a triangle.

The square box is best for structural strength, and inexpensive manufacturing.
The Circular pizza is how the centripetal force is pulling spinning the dough. It is also best for even baking.
Lastly, the triangular shapes are the best wat of cutting to evenly divide up the pizza real estate.
