Wire wrap pendant tutorial.

- Hello and welcome to my latest tutorial.
To make this pendant you will need -
• 0.8mm wire (20 awg) 4 x 8" (20cm) 1 x 5" (13cm)
• Teardrop cabochon, mine is faceted, 20mm by 15mm.
• 0.315mm weaving wire (28g) 300cm.
• 3mm small stone (I recommend 5mm as it's easier to wrap, I know the 3mm looks cute but it's fiddly) :)
I no longer put links to tools on here.
The tools I use are:
• Tronex needle nose pliers
• Tronex short round nose pliers
• Tronex razor flush cutters
• Prestige flat-nose nylon jaw pliers
• Beadsmith bail pliers
• Occasionally I use tronex bent nose pliers
• Occasionally I use heavy-duty wire cutters
• Occasionally I use xuron needle nose pliers
• Bobeeze bobbins (medium size with no extra weights)

This tutorial is well-timed! I was handed a faceted oval amethyst about that size a few months ago with "free-rein" instructions for wrapping it. I've decided to wrap it in silver & this is a good, inspirational launch pad for the final design. I had not thought to include a dangle. Thank you for your input, expertise, & time!
Oh fantastic!! I’ve got a custom order for a set in citrine, this was the first tester for trapping the stone, once it’s in there you can really do what ever you like. I’d love to see how you get on, I’m working mine in silver too 😬 have fun ❤️
