Wow. It's extraordinarily beautiful. I love the contrast in textures, from the different weaves and different gauges of wire. And all the curves and swirls - very feminine energy!
Ooo I just looked up “small drill” and it dawned on me that a Dremel tool would be perfect for this! Thank you for the inspiration to look, I really appreciate efficiency
You are so good at this! It turned out beautiful!!! I'm working on the weaving and adding components and won't give up even if it takes a long time! Lol
Totally in awe of your jewelry, having just started to try making following your tutorials which inspired and motivated me to do some. Beautiful thank you for sharing.
Thank you! You definitely will be get better with each piece. We all start at square one. Take your time learning. Each piece will teach you something new, and in no time you will find that things become much easier. x
Another fabulous tutorial Nadja xx I will be trying this one for sure. I just love your vids because they are short and to the point... nay waffle ;-) xx
I have watched numerous videos on how to make a frame and pendant like this, I’ve never got it cause they’d go fast or only do part on video, thanks so much I finally learned, hopefully you have a video on small accent and prong for faceted stones. Thanks again
Glad it was helpful!! I do have videos for both those settings. Search my album section on my channel for 'stone setting' and also look in the description as I usually add the links to the videos there if I use a setting in the video.
Hi, my name is Diguila i'm brazillian and my is history is: The first time i see those style of work was on Universo Paralello and they are rare there, i think only 2 guys selling that on the whole party, i put my eyes on that pieces and i can't believe how beautiful they are. so i want to say thank you to share this content because this looks something from another planet.
Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! A question, if I can: how did you hide the little piece of thin thread at the beginning of the work? minute 2:50. Thank you very much! 🙏
You kind of learn after a while how long the wires need to be, but also, I often just do 'off the cuff' stuff with the wire length that I have left so it is not so much to have the right length from the start, as I just use what I have at the time. It's obviously different if I am re-creating a piece or working off a tutorial, but the 'gestimation' part comes after a working with wire for a bit. Hope that makes sense :)
Hi there, I think you can turn on subtitles for different languages, but I am not too sure how it works. If you click on the 'cog' at the bottom of the video some CC options pop up.
Thank you. Yes I do! I used to teach workshops before covid then moved on the to do online classes, either face to face or in a group. If you are local (Scotland) I am teaching a wire work retreat at Garthmore house in Stirling in October. :)
1 mm (18 ga) is just a bit too weak for my liking for anything larger than a 3-4 cm pendant. This is a medium/large sized pendant, and 1 mm (18 ga) wire would be too flimsy for the frame in my opinion, but that's just me,. You can absolutely use thinner gauges if you want.
@@ImbaliCraftsI only have 18 gauge square and 20 gauge square and round then on up to the weaving wires. I cannot afford anything else at the moment and 18 gauge seems hard for me to manipulate but I need to get used to it as I have 2 large spools from Rio Grande and need to start using them more as I don't want to run out of my other gauges
@@Andrious777 I'm sorry, but I don't know what a dremel torch is! Do you mean a rotary tool? If so I would go for one go the basic dremels. Check out their website for the Lower-tier models, but make sure you get a flex shaft!
💕💕💕This is a wonderful pendant! Thank you 🙏. Are you going to make a PDF tutorial of this pendant?…please 😊. FYI- I bought the 5 tutorial package. Please contact me so I can tell you want I’d like.
It would be helpful-if you mention measurements such as how long the oval, should be and how many mms you wrapped the bail, etc. it is very hard to determine those things from the video and a waste of material.

My biggest take away from this are those coils. I've been trying to figure out how people do those. Ty!
Pleased you find it useful. By coins, do you mean the stone setting?
@@ImbaliCrafts coils** sorry not sure how my phone auto corrected to that
@@LordEric1 oh I see! 😁 Autocorrect does that to me regularly, too 🤣

Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! A question, if I can: how did you hide the little piece of thin thread at the beginning of the work? minute 2:50. Thank you very much! 🙏
I tied it into the weave. You don't need to wrap wire a lot to make it stay in place. :)
I wondered the same thing I'm a novice but I always fold it to the inside and trim it just about flush, just slightly shorter .
Very beautiful
Thank you!

How do you figure out how long of a piece of wire you need? Experimentation?

Thank you! It's a rivoli. I have them in my shop :) www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ImbaliCrafts

Hi ! Great tutorial! Is your 16 wire half hard or soft?
Thank you Sharon, it's dead soft :)
I love the stone!!! Where is it from?
It's a mandala glass crystal. I sell them in my shop :)

Why do you use large guage wire for smaller designs? Can 1mm be used? Thanks for the info!

You using sterling be superfluous?
Not sure I understand the question!
@@ImbaliCraftsthat word had me stumped too. I googled it and it means unnecessary. Please don't take my word for it as I may be wrong
@@sturkiestercreations Thank you for looking that up! I don't understand what it means in context to this tutorial.
@ImbaliCrafts I don't either. It may be a typo
What torch would you suggest for a beginner
If you don't want to spend much, get a kitchen 'creme brulee' torch. Those are inexpensive, but not as powerful as the more industrial models.
@ImbaliCrafts I was thinking of the Dremmel torch
