- This was the return flight in what was a very long day. I was picked up at 6am and took off at 7am finally landing at Bellegarde at 17.35 (+1hr on UK).Total of 7 engine hours but a long time in a Gyro. I urge you to watch to the end because I made a really awful final landing at Bellegarde which I put down to being very tired!!
I’m binge watching your videos, my admiration for not editing out the landing. Thanks for your content.
Glad you are enjoying them!!
We will miss you dad have a good trip
I wondered if you were going to go around. (I used to fly fixed wing). Great video!
Apesar de eu não entender muita coisa, sobre seu idioma, gostei do vídeo...O pouso final foi um pouco, digamos emocionante, mas o que importa é que deu tudo certo...Parabéns...
Great video and commentary. Many thanks for sharing
Magneto? I doubt it 😉 😆 Btw, avgas is all we use on our airfield - Rotax engines are fine with it so long as you do 25hr oil changes
The Gyro appears to have a good bit of vibration. The front and back gyro's appear more stable than the side by side.
A good observation, in general I think you are correct
Yeah that was a rough landing, but you didn't technically overshoot the end of the runway!
Can I ask what the typical landing fee would be at small regional airfields please?
Fairoaks I think charge £17:50, in Switzerland I pay around CHF 15-25 depending on which airfield
Gyros are a lot of fun. We really enjoyed having this one visit our airport / aerodrome here in Nogales, Arizona, USA. Enjoy watching the "slo-mo" segment.

What happens if you have to take a dump mid flight? Can you open the hatch and stick the buns out and let er fly
If you do that, the shit hits the fan, dude.
@@lebojay All you can eat 20 pound burritos and a gallon of boiled pickled eggs are not recommended preflight especially at 5000 foot flight ceiling during air turbulence..................
