    That hammock swing is ingenious, stealing the idea for my box truck build

    Guys... holy sh*t! It wasn't until the intro to this video that I really understood how clean and professional your woodworking has been. Having that establishing shot with a nice wide angle inside the bus blew me away. You're creating a great space. Fantastic job, and I really like that bed design. Keep it up and enjoy your hard work!

      @TheVoyagerProject  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hahaha well thanks! And yeah we probably should have done more wide angle shots before this but glad you can finally see our vision and we're ready glad you like it!

    I'd definitely get tired of setting that up and putting it back every night/day. the beauty of this lifestyle is that everyone can do what works for them ❤☺😉

      Haha so true 😁, there's days we dont put it up either, but when we need to it's super useful!

      EXACTLY! that's what we wanted to show through this whole thing. That 2 guys with almost no prior experience can still make something like this. Thanks!

    It's slick, man. Again, very multifunctional/flexible. Put another couple hooks in the ceiling and you could hang your bikes/kayaks when you are in transit, and just pop them out the back door when you get where you're going. Love that walkable floor space.

      We didn't even think of that but that could probably work too! That'd be sweet, thanks!

    Love the hammock chair, I been thinking about ditching a bed altogether for a hammock. Keep it way more open, since I am working with a 4 window shortie

    Like the way its looking so far. One of you seems extremely happy with it ( lol) . Ryan , what's with the frog throat? Take something or have it checked out , it's annoying with headphones on , lmao. Seriously though, good job. Been here from the start, hopefully here for the " Grand Opening ". Next!™

      Richard Prieto I'll inhale some helium for the next video. What's with the Next!™ though? Genuinely curious.

      Just saying moving on to the Next!™ whatever. Sort of a social experiment. Humans love imitating even the stupidest , useless things ( and thank life a bunch of the useful ones) . believe it or don't they're have been a few closing with Next!™. Go figure. Lol. And BTW, I know the frog throat thing was indicative of being tired like a m@#$%&. I was just having fun. Keep it up ( the good work, ya nasties!) Next!™

    You did most of your building pretty close to where I’m from. Are you two still around with the conversion? I can’t get your website to work.

    Check out the hammock chairs at Seaside Hammocks.
    www.seasidehammocks.com/HAMMOCK-CHAIRS-c3.html.
    Last I knew, they were customer friendly. Explain your set-up and see if they can put hooks where the hammock-chair normally attaches to the spreader bar. Hanging from your eyebolts, that would give you more of a chair-like configuration.

    How did you make/where did you get those cushions? I want a similar function for my bed but I don't want thin foam. Those look so thick!!

    • @TheVoyagerProject
      @TheVoyagerProject  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is an RV salvage place in Indiana where we picked up the foam. Indiana is where most RV manufacturing is, so there are places around selling second-hand items. Just check locally if anything like that is around. If not, you can also get foam at upholstery / craft stores, but it's a bit more expensive. We also sewed the covers ourselves, since the sizes we sort of custom.
