- Mount Pinatubo is an active volcano on the island of Luzon, Philippines. It erupted back in 1991 producing the second largest terrestrial eruption of the 20th century. We did flyover in single engine 4 seat plane, built in Arizona in 1949. Property of our pilot Jimmy, the Vietnam War Veteran.
