DUDE! I just got back from my bike ride at Orland Park Grasslands. I have no interest in scooters, but thought your video looked cool, which it is. But low and behold what do I see? Orland Grasslands! What up neighbor?
I think the challenge will be finding someone to replace the tube when there is a flat. There seems to be a gap as most bike shops won't touch them (or many ebikes)
@@AdrenalineIsLife I helped a friend with her son's ebike. At 67 lbs everything about working with the bike was horrible. Just removing/installing the wheels was an ordeal. Almost damaged my pcs10.3 keeping it in the stand. Couldn't risk raising it so I had to work low to the ground (install internally routed hydraulics where bike came default with mechanical). I have replaced tubes on a 10" escooter exactly twice. Same customer, about 2 months apart - once the back, then the front. Had to use all my physical weight standing on the tire to get jt to mount on the rim. Metal tire levers. Really need a machine like for mounting motorcycle wheels.
Recently changed my Vsett 10+ scooter's rear tube. The rear wheel is a split rim so it was alot easier than I expected with 2 small tire irons. From adventure motorcycle riding I've learned how to get really thick tires on while out on a trail alone. A common trick there is to use the kickstand and the weight of the motorcycle to help get the tire on. That could probably work pretty well on these 10 - 12 inch wheel scooters
I bought mine a week ago, I fully charged it and when I turned it on only at level 3 of charge it was and from there it doesn't go up to the full charge, I don't even know if the scooter is bad or the electrical connection of the house can't charge it completely. Could someone explain to me or give me an idea that you can ovate the problem, please
@@AdrenalineIsLife I got mine recently and noticed the same thing. I have the raptor, which is basically just the Best Buy version of the gx1. At first I thought the range was awful but then I realized the battery indicator is just kinda terrible, which I guess is better than actually having terrible range. I think the reason behind it is voltage sag, I wish they gave a voltage readout rather than battery bars.
I’m here to tell you that the warranty means nothing. Mine came with a bad charger out of the box and it’s been 3 months and they still haven’t resolved the issue
great video! just got mine and I love it
That looks like alot of fun! I need one of those
Surprisingly fun!
The brake squeaks becomes better if you adjust the brake caliper alignments. Try it!! It will make a world of difference!
I've had mine for about a week and i love it. My brakes are noisy also. Nice video
@@mgaddis1527 Thanks! Enjoy!
perfect scooter review bro
We measure weight in equivalent litres of maple syrup thank-you very much. 🍁🇨🇦
Holy heck bud, that thing rips! Nice pickup!
@@MultigrainKevinOs 😄
@@MultigrainKevinOs but ya still buy lunch meat by the pound. None of this $/100 g crap right?

@@the_blair_bike_project That's something I need to research.

@@the_blair_bike_project They definitely require some specialization.

The gx1 has tubless tires

I thought "M" was manual and you had to shift the gears? Can you confirm
No, definitely no gears to shift. In the owners manual, it refers to the different modes as gears. Could be a language translation issue.
I've had mine for 2months now and i still love it like Day 1..
Question for you..Does your first bar die quickly?
@kjohnson177 I did notice that. There aren't enough bars. It seems to drop the first bar fast then linger on the last bar for a long time.

That's a bummer. Thanks for sharing. I'm going to ask them about it.
