When I first saw your video for begginners where you mention putting one hand on chest & the other on abdomen, I disregarded it thinking I was unnecessary because I have experience. It took many months before I became experienced enough to notice how much it helps!❤
My Heart rate goes up although i am doing slow breaths in and out in line with you. How can I keep my breath under control when the heart rate goes up. Btw love you videos
i have a question. Once i stop my breath and hold by force.After that moment my heartbeat become faster and i cant hold my breath on 2 or 3 minutes like it was 1 year ago,i cant even hold on 1.30 sec now.How can i return my heatbeat to previous? If its possible.
