You're one of a few creators who I'm hoping will stay here and continue sharing with us your wisdom. The way you craft your message truly resonates with me. Thanks to your channel I've been doing breath work for over two months 🙏
Journaling is something i had in mind for quite some time, but i never gave it a go. I think you gave me the final push for that. Thank you, for everything! ♥
Been doing wim hof breathing in mornings for maybe 7yrs im addicted lol makes my days easier and extra pep in step in late afternoon it just kinda re centers me best i can explain it very positive unlimited possibilities in thoughts always happen during breathing for me anyhow thank you very much ur a good teacher keep it up brother
Important knowledge beautifully shared. I'm listening to the audiobook of 'The Body Keeps The Score', by Bessel Van Der Kolk, at the moment. He says that in his extensive experience of helping people with trauma, that they have lost their interoception, and that regaining it is a fundamental step in healing and reclaiming their lives. PS. Hara Hachi Bu is very timely for me, I have just recently realised I've been compulsively over-eating (apparently a common trauma response). Now that I have become aware of it, I can consciously reduce my serving sizes a little. I love mindful breathing, cold exposure and horse stance. I hit a new personal best in horse today of 7 minutes. Thank you for the holistic and wholesome content my friend.
Your message in this video, as normal, is spot on and aligns with what I do. What struck me most in this one, however, was the excellent editing and video work used to convey the message. Very well planned and executed. Keep up the great work. Es war toll, es anzusehen.
I already liked your more detailed videos for indepth knowledge. But I must admit that your holistic approach in this video might be the perfect intro for someone, who is a starter in those topics. And the new / experimental cutting style helps in keeping the fokus even better. :D
Hey Kitaro Wonderful video again from you. I'm struggling with my mental health at this time, and you have suggested a few things that may help. Thank you.
Listening to body is important neocortex is like a child that wants constant stimulation If that child never has to sit and be patient It becomes a tyrant Sitting outside, no screens, no voices Let your mind sort out your thoughts Until you only sit and listen Let neocortex rest Then you will be able to hear The subtle inner voices your body is making They are quiet compared to neocortex But they are more important Than anything neocortex has to say Much love for everyone Sincerely, Bo Dan ☯️🙏
Great advice about meditation. It's easy to feel that you're not doing it right. Horse stance is a great example of how to give yourself some thing to focus on other than your wandering. Thoughts?
Journaling is something I intermittently practice. It is quite fascinating how wild and pervasive the monkey mind can be. I have been enjoying the book "letting Go- the art of surrender" by David R Hawkins. He touches on a lot to do with thoughts and where they stem from, and subsequently how to approach managing them. Thank you for these insights today!
Intentionally calibrating your body to understand that cold and heat are not dangerous makes it so when you experience them your body alarms will not go off. If you calibrate your body to outside air you will not overreact to pollen and dust. Your body will see them as normal, healthy, your immune system will be calm. If you calibrate your body with simple whole food your body will reject junk foods because you will feel how junk foods make you sick. We have to actively, intentionally, calibrate our systems every day Because the calibration will wander off target if we become complacent This may seem difficult to people who live lives of convenience But once you become properly calibrated Life becomes much better Much love Bo Dan ☯️🙏
"If you calibrate your body to outside air you will not overreact to pollen and dust" - Could you expand on this? Do you mean to simply sit outside and breathe calmly during the pollen season? Since this is something that plagues me on and of and the inconsistency confuses me. Sometimes my body does not react at all, then another day im constantly sneezing and my eyes are itching like crazy.
@@klotis92 There will always be days where irritating particles will be in the air but people who spend most of their lives indoors behind closed windows will overreact to outside air compared to someone who spends their life outside or with open windows. The body calibrates to the conditions it is in.
Love your video's and started doing all these things a few years ago and sometimes stop for a few weeks and Come back to them again, try not to "need" the routine. But i just perform the best in my routine! The Horse-stance would be a new challenge! Thanks for the clear video's.
Quality content if your craving views or money they will come , but the people that need this more aren’t searching for it or likely not to come across

Hey Kitaro
Wonderful video again from you.
I'm struggling with my mental health at this time, and you have suggested a few things that may help. Thank you.
Very helpful thank you
You're welcome!
Listening to body is important
neocortex is like a child that wants constant stimulation
If that child never has to sit and be patient
It becomes a tyrant
Sitting outside, no screens, no voices
Let your mind sort out your thoughts
Until you only sit and listen
Let neocortex rest
Then you will be able to hear
The subtle inner voices your body is making
They are quiet compared to neocortex
But they are more important
Than anything neocortex has to say
Much love for everyone
Sincerely, Bo Dan
