@Boundaries..... Commonly snapping hip syndrome is exacerbated by the Piriformis. To alleviate the pain, two (2) sets of exercise must be incorporated. One (1) is stretching and (2) is toning. Resistance bands are highly effective for strengthening muscle groups. Practice the exercises twice daily, every day upon waking and b-4 hour of sleep. To stretch, sit perpendicular to the long axis of the mattress, keep your back erect and allow one leg to proximate the floor then bend the opposite leg at the knee and direct the sole of the foot into the medial aspect of opposite leg.
