I checked the calendar, no Saturday class, then this video hit! It was definitely the equivalent to a Saturday class, I was with the ladies when around the 4:00 mark we thought we were getting a break and you started the countdown to go again at 4, LOL! This one was tough, but so much fun!
Oh, already the down bouncing tells me this will be good😂. Great music to start the playlist❤. I will join the fun tomorrow morning, I know it will be a blast🎉🎉🎉.
Fun workout today!! Fun but challenging...especially those elbow punch/kicks!! Finally got it after a few repetitions, but not very pretty! LOL!! Thanks ladies! 😄🤪
Hi there! Which song? The comment is on a full length 30 minute workout. Maybe you're talking about one of my shorts. Any single song popular music workouts are in this playlist: th-cam.com/play/PLLAFfYE-X47Fj6w68EwLGIBOyj6UaGqcO.html
That elbow twist kick was a doozy for me, but I did better towards the end. I also appreciate the way you teach the moves in the workout. It just helps to isolate the moves and then group them.
Hooray 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 This workout rocks!! Love your add-on style workouts!!! Learn, put them together and go 💥🔥💦!!! This 30 minutes flew by with me smiling the whole time!!! 😁 So invigorating!!! 👐👐!!!!!
That was a great workout,ty,I did 25 minutes of it,but I couldn't get the whole minutes, . Really surprised at the Fitbit watch and then my heart level kicked in. Really feel my body getting healthy,ty for ur videos!
Hi! What a fun workout! Can you please let us know what tension you have the jumpsport on, is it med, firm or extra firm? For the complex moves where you stand/ hop on one foot, I feel it's quite hard to do on softer tension. Should I trade off getting the benefits of "reboudning" with softer tension for less "reboudning" with harder tension for an intense workout? Thank you!
I don't know that you're necessarily getting more benefits by having your rebounder on a softer tension. You'll get awesome benefits either way! We have our rebounders set medium to firm. A soft tension is good if you're doing a lot of health bouncing, but for many beginners it can be destabilizing for joints and require more control and effort. I usually recommend starting medium to firm and working your way to soft due to the amount of excursion it requires to keep pace.
I’m wondering. I just received my jump sport. You seem to have more bounce than mine, so it’s difficult to keep up. Does it take practice or do I need to loosen my traps a bit? Way fun and enjoyable! Thank you❤
Hi there! If you're brand new, it's likely you just need more practice and to really nail down the correct rebounding form which will help with keeping the beat. Rebounders with more bounce actually make keeping rhythm even harder! It takes more effort. Stay low, don't bounce high. Use your legs and push into the mat. My form tutorial is in the "getting started" playlist at the top of my channel.
I’m watching your feet, where they land, trying to decide if 39” is going to be a good size to buy. I want to jump without shoes, so I’m wondering if stepping where the skirt is will be uncomfortable. I feel like I’d prefer the softer bounce the 39” offers over the 44” firmer bounce, but it’s all guessing. I wish there was a store or a class near me to try them both. Why don’t I see the fun bungee colors offered to buy upfront?
Greetings! I wouldn't say the 39 is a softer bounce than the 44. If anything, the 39 offers a little more firmness although they are very comparable. With Jumpsport rebounders, the color cords are sold separately, OR sometimes they have limited edition colors. You can see some of the other gals in this video are barefoot. If you're worried about it, I'd probably just go with the bigger size.
I’ve been rebounding for about 2.5-3 weeks and I’m doing at least 20-30 minutes. A few times a did an hour or more (it was fun and I lost track of time lol) I got on the scale this morning and GAINED And not just one or two pounds either. Nothing significant happened eating wise. I’ve been losing eventhough I’ve been at this plateau for a while. I thought I was supposed to lose weight rebounding. Any idea why I’m gaining? Is it muscle tears? This is so discouraging. 😢
Gosh, I'm sure that was upsetting. My best advice is to use measurements over the scale. Many people don't see the scale move right away but find they lose inches in various areas of the body. Still with it!! It's definitely a marathon, not a sprint.
If you visit my channel you'll see that I offer MANY styles of rebounder workout and choreography is just one of them. Perhaps you'd prefer my HIIT or EMOM workouts a little better. We are all unique with different tastes and some people (myself included) love rebounder choreography. Different strokes for different folks. Thanks so much!! I really love the ladder style. I think it gives people the best opportunity to learn and feel accomplished at the end.

Glad you enjoyed it! 25 minutes is AWESOME and you pretty much did the whole thing. We just ran through it a few more times at the end. Great job!
Going to workout now, after work
Awesome!! I know it can be tough after a long day at work. Good for you!!

@@EarthOwl I’m new at rebounding but not exercise. Complete different kind of work out! I’ll check out the video you recommend. Thank you so much ❤️
Hi, just got my new rebounder… I see some workout with shoes and some not … what is recommended and why ?
It's personal preference. Try both and see what is comfortable for you. If you have knee issues, shoes might be a little better support.
@@EarthOwl thank you for your answer

Personnaly do not enjoy the kicks and kickboxing. I enjoy everything else.
Unfortunately this does consistently have someone doing modified so very confusing and hard these old knees . Love so many other ones though.
This is more of an intermediate to advanced routine. Thanks for checking it out!
I’m sorry too much unnecessary choreography for for bouncing. It’s not necessary. This is not aerobics.

I love the variety! Without it I get bored and quit!
