    Hi Nikki, I am a 67 year old guy and recently purchased a Jumpsport 550 Pro f partly due to your reviews. While there are a number of very talented folks on TH-cam with workout videos, I find myself coming back to your channel most often. As a newbie, this video and others you have put up are so helpful, thanks so much! I have lots of room for improvement, but the breakdown of these moves will aid me in getting better fast! Thanks again!

      Thank you so much!! That is a feather in my cap. Much appreciated!! :) It helps that I was a school teacher before I transitioned to teaching fitness.

    I'd been rebounding almost every day for 4 months until Thanksgiving week when I stopped all exercise.... until today! This got me going again! :)

    I found you off a review off Amazon. You're so gentle in your teaching and style that I almost want to cry and workout at the same time. Can't wait until my rebounder comes in the mail.

    I appreciate this workout so much, Nikki! Your timing is perfect. 👍 It’s just what I was hoping for after having been away from rebounding for a couple of months. I’m age 75, and want to ease back into the workouts so I can gradually get back to my previous level of endurance. Thanks! 🌎 ❤ 🦉

    Awesome workout, it's been 5 weeks tomorrow after I had my Cataract Surgery and I felt good afterwards. I used my Bar for the hops since I can do that pretty good until I can do it free standing. I sure missed this workout on my Rebounder but since I only have this good Eye left I took it easy. Great Job Nikki as always. I think I will put my prism to a tighter bounce tomorrow it's still in the factory setting.❤

    I purchased my rebounder in September 2024' my back would hurt after jumping barefoot but I thought it was because it was something new, so pushed through it. I tried with tennis shoes in December and noticed a difference immediately. Thanks for your awesome informative comment. Subscribing now! :0)

    Great video! My first rebounder workout! I had to modify quite a lot 😂 and hold on to the safety bar through the whole routine and drink an entire glass of water at the end! 😂 But it still was fun and I feel I got a great workout! Thank you so much! ❤

    Is it important to wear footwear on the rebounder when beginning?

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  19 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@danielleslawsby It’s mostly personal preference. Try shoes and barefoot and see which is more comfortable for you.

    Hi Niki,
    I have a Leaps and Bounds rebounder and was wondering how your rebounders are in comparison?
    Are they firmer or looser?
    Which is more quiet? Etc
    Thank you❤️

    • @EarthOwl
      @EarthOwl  23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi there! You might want to check out this review. JS rebounders are definitely quieter. Jumpsport rebounders have adjustable tension, so it'll depend on the setting you use. th-cam.com/video/EfN-rNbGKWU/w-d-xo.html

    What setting on an Apple Watch workout does everyone use. there is no workout for rebounding😢. Thanks

      I don't wear a sport watch, but I think many use mixed cardio or maybe jump rope.

    So I don't want to do your workout.When I get home and I watch it a little bit just now but I have a question and I don't want it to come off his trolling.... Does rebounding really do anything? Besides the whole of lymphatic drainage stuff, which that happens when you go for a walk. I'm talking about, but when I rebound, I can rebound for an hour, it doesn't seem like it does anything... Regardless if I get my heart rate up or how hard I feel like i'm working. i'm never sore the next day.... Like if I go for a thirty minute, walk with lightweights and intentionally contact muscles groups or a run or if I take a workout class like a les mill's body pump or body combat, I will be very sore the next day. Not that I wanna be sore cuz.I don't, but when I rebound, it just doesn't feel like i'm doing anything... When I did my first rebounder exercise a year ago, my calves were sore, but that only lasted two weeks. It kind of feels like it's just strictly cardio, and there's my muscles don't seem to be working.

      If you use one or two pound weights and really work your arms and core and you should see major improvements and really feel that workout!
      Since March, I have lost twenty pounds, lost inches and no more arm flab!
      I am 63 and workout an hour every day and absolutely love it! Also, I prefer to work out to videos, but, choose to do each move to the count of 200 reps! Bump it up!

      Why do you want to feel sore? That’s the point of rebounding… less stress on your joints. If you are getting your heart rate up that is a great workout ! If you want to feel sore use heavier weights with the strength workouts. I appreciate everything that Nikki has done! If I feel I need something more I increase my intensity!

      Lymphatic flow
      Cardio

      Improves bone density

      Remember, being sore doesn’t mean it was a good workout. And not being sore doesn’t mean it was a bad workout. As your muscles develop, you’ll find that you get sore less and less. That’s a good thing! Muscle strength and development is a journey. You are obviously well into your journey. 🎉 All types of movement are beneficial but if rebounding doesn’t speak to you, there are so many other workouts. ❤ Good luck! 😉
