    This will help me get the Norwegian 4 x 4 down! I've been looking for a 4 x 4 workout using the rebounder. The longer intervals are supposed to be so good for heart health and longevity.     So glad I found your channel! I love the upbeat music and modifications for those of us just starting. Do you have. A recommendation for using the Apple Watch to track rebounding since there is no programmed fitness for rebounding?

      Perfect. Thank you so much for getting back to me. One more quick question if you don’t mind. I am finding so much valuable information from your channel and I can’t wait to get started. I have an opportunity to get a jump sport 250 model for an extremely reasonable price. Is that an acceptable model to start with? I would prefer getting a rebounder that I’m not going to waste my money on and turn around and have to buy another one in a couple of months. I know you recommend this brand, so I was hoping you could speak to this model. Thanks in advance!

      @@Sunny-qs5gf I don’t recommend the 200 series Jumpsports unless you’re petite. They have too loose of tension for most people. I know they are pricey, but the Jumpsport PRO series models really are the best and work for nearly all body types.

    Good work out! I’m 63. I continue to challenge myself with y’all each week. I was able to keep up except for that last one. The front kicks got me. I had to slow it down - still working on that move. Thanks for continuing to provide awesome workout routines.

      Amazing!! Great job! The song with the kicks had the fastest bpm at 140. Combine that with the fact that they were at the end and I was struggling to keep pace too. Thanks for watching!

    Found this a difficult workout but very good for me. I think this music is one of the best you have done--consistent strong beat, emotional and motivating.

    I really enjoyed this one! The no talking was nice for a change. I almost always stick to closed chain moves, but decided to try doing some of the switchbacks and the side to side hops. No way could I do those fast paced kicks on the last round. I need to start a playlist of ones that I like to do again and again. I think this would make the list. Thanks, Nikki!

    ❤❤❤❤. This was EXCELLENT!! One of my Favorites!! I am a menopausal woman and I need more of these WORKOUTS!!!!
    My heart rate went to 160 max effort
    120 active rest
    When doing the butt kicks my heart rate went to 133 (was that supposed to be?). It was still during active rest!!
    Please more menopausal videos❤❤

      So glad you enjoyed it!! If your heart rate begins to elevate during a rest move, you can always pick another move that will keep it a little lower. Instead of kickbacks, stick with the down bounce, jog or side steps. :) Thanks for watching and yes...more on the way!

      First half was great. Second half I had to do other high intensity moves. I would fall off if I even attempted monkey jumps or front kicks😂

    Really enjoyed this! It’s funny how the fast parts actually have more chill music and you’d think that would mean slower bouncing but it just means double time bouncing! I was hoping this workout would cure my hot flashes but alas, 😅.

    👏Hubby and I loved doing it together... Really got a sweat up but was rewarding in that it was very doable choreography...
    Hubby did high knees instead of the front kicks at the end & I could keep up with the front kicks but not if I was doing punches at the same time, so I did jogger arms with the kicks. And yes, I'm menopausal!😊

    Doing a 10ish hiit every day first thing. Eases my cranky hip discomfort. I’m sure the rebounding helps my brain to know it’s in fact safe to move 💃
