This will help me get the Norwegian 4 x 4 down! I've been looking for a 4 x 4 workout using the rebounder. The longer intervals are supposed to be so good for heart health and longevity. @@Sunny-qs5gf I don’t recommend the 200 series Jumpsports unless you’re petite. They have too loose of tension for most people. I know they are pricey, but the Jumpsport PRO series models really are the best and work for nearly all body types.

Found this a difficult workout but very good for me. I think this music is one of the best you have done--consistent strong beat, emotional and motivating.

I really enjoyed this one! The no talking was nice for a change. I almost always stick to closed chain moves, but decided to try doing some of the switchbacks and the side to side hops. No way could I do those fast paced kicks on the last round. I need to start a playlist of ones that I like to do again and again. I think this would make the list. Thanks, Nikki!

❤❤❤❤. This was EXCELLENT!! One of my Favorites!! I am a menopausal woman and I need more of these WORKOUTS!!!! My heart rate went to 160 max effort 120 active rest When doing the butt kicks my heart rate went to 133 (was that supposed to be?). It was still during active rest!! Please more menopausal videos❤❤
So glad you enjoyed it!! If your heart rate begins to elevate during a rest move, you can always pick another move that will keep it a little lower. Instead of kickbacks, stick with the down bounce, jog or side steps. :) Thanks for watching and yes...more on the way!
Really enjoyed this! It’s funny how the fast parts actually have more chill music and you’d think that would mean slower bouncing but it just means double time bouncing! I was hoping this workout would cure my hot flashes but alas, 😅.
👏Hubby and I loved doing it together... Really got a sweat up but was rewarding in that it was very doable choreography... Hubby did high knees instead of the front kicks at the end & I could keep up with the front kicks but not if I was doing punches at the same time, so I did jogger arms with the kicks. And yes, I'm menopausal!😊

No DVD's. I do have a few downloads on my website that if saved to an iPad don't require wifi or the internet to view.
