    Loving this one! I got my Rebounder 11 weeks ago I'm 61 and needed something to help with stress. I started out 5 mins of just bouncing then went to one to help my balance. Just started this one a week ago and wasn't sure I was ever going to be able to do the jumps until tonight😃 I was able to do them all!! I'm so excited and proud of myself. Thanks Nikki I'm feeling stronger everyday

    This was super fun and had great music! I'm so excited that I was able to keep up with it all. The only thing I cannot do is the high intensity front/back because it hurts my neck, so I did switches instead. And then the next move ended up being switches on the high intensity part LOL! Thanks Nikki and the crew for another great video!!

    This one was so fun! The ladies did this workout like BOSSES! 😉 I'm not up to high intensity level yet, but I kept the pace at the low intensity and I'm a sweaty mess! Definitely a great stress reliever. The music was great, love the beat and kept me motivated to keep moving. Will be adding this one to my favs.

    Loved the workout. I too did it after a 45 minute strength workout. Great way to end my workout. At 57 I don’t workout as hard as I use to. I agree with others about the eff words. I just turned the music down until it went off but I also feel there are just as motivating music out there without having to have explicit lyrics in them. I also understand this is not my channel and I have other options. Love your channel and workouts though. 😊

    Super fun and surprisingly sweaty! I did this after 40 mins of weight training as a "cool down" (lol), but took a few mins of health bounce and stretching at the end to get the HR back down. Loved the no talking and the timer, I was able to really just focus on my breath and movement. As always, thank you kindly!! :)

    Great workout, you ladies knocked it out of the park!!! Only thing I would suggest is maybe 10 second warning on the top of the screen with what you're going to do next before you actually start the move. question though I notice some of the women wear shoes and some don't, I have very flat feet what would you suggest? Or is there a science behind no shoes or wearing shoes during the workout? Thanks again

      I think it's personal preference... I've tried without shoes and it hurt me afterwards ... I find I need the support

      Hi there! When I first started my channel, it was because my in person business closed due to Covid. I wasn't very good at video editing, but had to pivot and go online. Learning to add "previews" and timers came later. You'll see the quality of my editing gets better and better the newer the video. My newer videos do have the preview you're suggesting. :) It took time to learn all those editing skills and I'm in a rural area and had to teach myself. Getting there...day by day!! Shoes are personal preference. Do what feels best for you.

    Great workout, one of the best, BUT FOR THE LANGUAGE...surely you can do the same slow fast workout without the horrible language!!!!

      I'm not sure why you'd watch this workout when there are warnings all over it regarding the explicit language. I have tons of other low high workouts to choose from in the stress relief playlist. With any of these "no talk" workouts you can turn the volume off and play your own favorite music. I understand that we all have our own musical tastes and that's why I have this section of no talk workouts where you can play your own. I have over 700 workouts on my channel and only 2-3 have explicit lyrics so truly, there is plenty to choose from.

    This is a good workout, but hate the music. I know I can mute and use my own -- just giving you the feedback. I also don't think explicit music is needed -- many have clean versions and there are a lot of choices for music...Thanks

      While I appreciate the feedback, exactly 2 of the current 883 workouts on my channel have explicit lyrics. Both have lots of content warnings throughout so you can avoid those two workouts if you choose. Thanks!

      I understand…but I did put three explicit lyric warnings (one in the beginning and two before the songs started) so people could decide if they wanted to participate. For some, that kind of music is motivating. For others…not so much. Thanks for watching!

      Why did you watch a video so clearly marked with explicit lyric content warnings if you don't like this style of music? Of the almost 900 videos on my channel, maybe 3 have explicit lyrics. Plenty of others to choose from.
