I'm not sure about this, it seems like the best in the world have pretty loose wrists. Nadal's or Sinner's racket is absolutely *flying* through the contact zone in a way that doesn't seem possible with a firm wrist. Would certainly appreciate more clarification on the concept.
Thanks for your comment! They are doing fantastic job keeping the wrist as loose as possible and not losing their accuracy. In my opinion when you hold your wrist to firm it's not possible to relax and hit fast shots, however try to avoid your wrist getting to active and act like a pin pall machine.Hold it firm enough to control your shots but do not squeeze too much.
Yes it makes wonders❤
That tennis court looks awesome!!👍
Thank you!
Thanks for clarification coach, you are the best coach! I will save this video

Nice!! Very few people can explain it like that...Thanks!
Thank you!
Nice one
I get what you are saying but I would contend your terminology isn’t ideal. STABLE wrist with RELAXED grip is more accurate imo.

I would respectfully disagree. Loose wrist is key, but as they say... different strokes for different folks.
Well said... there isn't "one size fits all"
The arm needs to be loose as well! The firm wrist nullifies this!
Nice one
