Hey I came back to rewatch this video as I’m in the process of thinking about making the change from online booking using Booking Koola to a lead capture form. I just don’t know what all questions to ask beside name , number , email . Should I ask size of home , how many beds and baths, if they have pets , what type of cleaning they want , when was the last time their home was professionally cleaned, one a scale of 1-10 ,1 being the best 10 being the worst how would you rate your home , when are they looking to schedule the home cleaning. And lastly if running google ads with a landing page is it just best to ask for name , number , email.
@@cassandrawright5202 yes you want to keep your lead form relatively short. Their contact details, size of property and frequency are the questions we ask.
@@sean_parry got it but say if they don’t feel comfortable giving card information over the phone. Are you able to send an invoice for them to pay using ZenMaid . I’m considering switching from BK to ZenMaid but I haven’t even checked with BK to see if they offer the type of lead from I like that zen maid has .

Also can you have zen maid or booking Koola used to collect payment and not do online booking .

With the lead capture form way how are clients paying
