aesthetic Garbage also, why didn’t they follow the dog? i guess they wouldn’t know the dog was going home, but if they didn’t know where they were they might as well follow ut
The photo sequence theory makes zero sense. That camera takes videos with sound. Why didn't they just make a video explaining what happened to them and where they thought they were?
Exactly. Why the fuck didn't they write a note in the Iphone or record a voice memo FFS? None of this story makes any sense without some kind of foul play.
Most likely cause they were stressed out by being lost/injured/trapped that they focused on surviving alone. I know it's easy for us to say this but I don't think everyone is gonna think about making a video while you biggest concers is finding water/food/shelter.
@@chihirosun then why taking a long series of photos in the first place? :( like, thinking about a meaning/code behind the photos to leave a message with them is so much harder than taking a video etc. Idk :(
@@maisiethebabyspider9229 And they probably didn't think about creating a message because that's very confronting to themself cause than you admit that the possibility that you die is big
My dad always warned me against leaving the tourist areas if I visit anywhere. People disappear all the time. Trafficking, cartels, organ blackmarkets, and other crimes.
@@shinjiharaguchi5460 at least in those "shittholes" you don't get shot for just sitting in class at school or get into pedophile rings while going at Mc Donalds at 3 am after school. America harbors the most serial killers in history compared to all other countries in the WORLD even those as populated as China, when it is the youngest of them all. All the pedophile rings in Thailand had an American either at the head of it or somewhere in a high position, doing their operation from home. I work for the UN I have facts for days on ANY country that you think is safe, dickhead. I live in SWITZERLAND and a young adult lost his life because he refused to give a cigarette not too long ago, and this isn't an isolated incident. Speaking of shitthole country when yours is made of people's flesh and blood is facetious . Have some respect for people's countries, especially when you live in a glass house.
Makes sense, but why take the photos in the middle of the night? I wouldn't think they'd be walking around in the night on those dangerous jungle trails following a river. The camera flash could have been used to signal to searchers they might have heard. Seems to make most sense to me personally.
Such an interesting case... I remember in the summer after this happened I was about 18 and I had a job cleaning old peoples houses in my town. (Both of them were from the same area as where I live) I was cleaning in the home of a very sweet lady and I suddenly saw Lisannes picture on the wall, of course recognized her from the news. Poor grandma starting telling me that it was her granddaughter and that she never returned from her trip.. it was so heartbreaking!
The last survivor???? They both got murdered 7 days before the night time pictures. The pictures were taken by the murderer, do some research ya dumb twat
Aldz JJJ can you stop acting like you know every single fucking thing and replying to every comment on your opinion. literally no one fucking cares so go do something better with your life then put people down, when your not shit.
Aldz JJJ they're saying this bc in the video the girl said that she believed that one of them died first while the other survived for a more hours. They're not dumb, you are
I'm so sorry for the stress associated with this videos because of all the people always on your back about them. I appreciate how in depth you go in these videos !! xx
The most bizzare thing to me is that the host family's dog has seen all of things that have happened, but of course he/she can't tell it....if dogs could be able to speak.. :/
Since the dog came back and found the way home, I think they weren’t lost. Something had to happen to them, because if they were lost, they could just follow the dog...?
I think someone or something must have made them go off trail. The dog would have been barking or occupied by that someone or something else and the girls would have seen it as there chance to escape hence why they would have seen the other trail as a perfect place to go. It also would explain why the dog was able to return and not them.
I can’t think of anything scarier of being lost in a jungle in a foreign country with little food and no water, and then your best friend dying so you’re all alone
Bubblegumgirl1996 I’m guessing because that’s not the dogs alphas dogs r dedicated to their owners not some strangers even in the wild an animal won’t just randomly follow u unless they’re attached to u they would be scared of u , so he retreated back to his owners thank God!!
I know I’m a bit late to this but maybe the dog ran off and then they went searching for the dog and that’s how they got lost but the dog managed to find it’s way back home without the girls
Maybe, the dog ran off and that’s why they got lost. Hear me out. The dog came home safely, but the girls didn’t. They got lost. I know if I was at a guest house, and the dog ran off, I’d chase the dog because I would feel awful about losing their dog. Maybe that’s what happened to the two girls. Maybe, the dog ran off, they followed the dog hoping to catch him, then the dog was able to find its way home LONG after the two girls had lost him. They then were stuck in the jungle, no idea where they are from running into the jungle after the dog, and tried to find their way back and got even more lost?
I def think this is right, my ex boyfriend and I went on a hike and got seperated and I ended up with his dog Nick. After a while he started getting anxious because I'm not his true owner and he didn't know me too well so he took off sprinting for my ex. I got lost chasing him but thankfully I did have reception and I made my way out of the gully.
@@jhk7304 Either way it looks like they went too far down the trail under their own power. They should have turned around at the summit but didn't for some reason, whether they got turned around for some reason or because of the dog. That's a good hypothesis. I am really having trouble believing there wasn't some foul play, but that's probably conditioning from watching too many true crime videos.
If that, then why did they go all the way to the other part of the forest. This doesn't make sense. They would have tried to go back not continue the road
Here are two things I know for sure. The Panamanian government had this attitude of “they are already dead, let’s not let this screw up our tourism industry” hence the mention of wild animals and the natural death in the river. The other fact is there is a group of cannibalistic aboriginals in this exact part of panama. They are called the conojes which is Spanish for rabbits. They normally come out at night, they survive off jungle plants and stray livestock. They have been known to eat people since the first Spaniards who visited these regions. They have a rival tribe who are more civilized and welcoming, this is the tribe that the government recruited for help in finding the girls remains. These girls are the 3rd and 4th tourists go go missing in this exact region. The first being a British man in 2009 and the second being a lone female traveller sometime after that. Not a single bone fragment of theirs was found. I believe the girls were found, abducted and eaten by this cannibalistic tribe, who are well known and very feared by locals. The chirqui is their stomping grounds, it is their home and they know those trails better than anyone else. This explains how the girls stayed alive. Why their money was not taken, and why so many of their belongings were found. They embarked on what would be a 8 day journey into the depths of the jungle. They didn’t do it for fun or out of ignorance. The fact that so many people follow this story and know every minute detail about it, but have never even known that there is a cannibalistic tribe that calls that jungle home is a sign that this has been covered up. That would be a tourism nightmare for panama. Hence the authorities in panama exhausting every alternative excuse even though nothing fits. The reason there was so much evidence left is because this tribe has no knowledge of forensics, criminal trials or evidence. No modernized murderer would leave a boot a backpack and bone fragments scattered around. Even a camera containing photos of where the women were abducted. But a primitive nocturnal tribe with almost no external contact would do just that.
G Host OK if one was to accept your theory about the cannibalistic tribe then how could it be explained about the pictures? The pictures make no sense whatsoever and they were taken at night. If the cannibalistic tribe is primitive as you say then they must know how to operate a camera
Emily Nicolle unfortunately no. The dog wasn’t trained to that kinda of extent. Although if it was trained to search and find I’m sure they definitely would take the dog on the search
Probably because the dog would have known a way to get back home through smell etc but there would have been nothing to track (apart from the smell of the girls which it probably wasn't used to enough). So even if the dog was able to go back to the location the girls were at, they would have moved since letting the dog go bc they had walked a long way
i’m sure the dog has training to find people or things. indigenous people are resourceful. there’s no doubt the family trained their dog somewhat. the panamenian government is pretty corrupt/dumb. they aren’t helpful.
EXACTLY!!! I saw a video from bedtime stories (check them out on this case, I love theirs as well! It's called the "Lost girls of Panama") Which explained that the killer(s) could've been familiar with the route and might be friendly with the dog or dogs in general. The locals say that there is a local your guide who was sush as fuck, he was always flirty with women, esp foreign women and made them uncomfortable, which is the reason as to why he was never hired. (My theory from now on) Maybe he followed them and taunted, like extreme catcalling and stuff, so, inorder to escape him, they could've taken a different route. That's when they get lost. And maybe a wandering serial killer took advantage of that did it (or) the serial killer actually paid this perverted tour guide to deviate from their path so that he can do his deed. About the pictures: if the girls wanted to get help they would flash it in a certain direction, definitely not facing the ground. Idk, I'm not sure about it I'm no expert. But I honestly think they were murdered. Some think the police decided to cover this up because a huge percentage that place was earning was from tourism, that was their major contributor, so obviously they wouldn't let something like a serial killer on loose out.
The battery could last for longer then 11 days considering there is no WiFi, for that reason being WiFi brings your battery down. So if they used it to check times and did not waste time on other apps it is very fortunate that the battery would last that long.
This case never fails to terrify me, imagine how scared you would be in that situation. And then if one died first leaving the other alone, horrifying!
I think the dog probably left to go back home because he knew the way, but probably didn't go back exactly on the trail. The girls thought he was running off so they tried to run after him and got lost.
Wow, wow, wow! Don’t blame that Panamanian dog! Those dogs are smart unlike usa spoiled dogs. The doggie probably divided to return back home since it was getting late and the girls probably just lost track of time (unlike the smart dog)
@@Alex9-2 the girls made the first 112 call at just past 4:50. In April it wouldn’t have even been starting to get dark then. They knew they were in danger for whatever reason early on
This case is so creepy and sad! I started thinking about the pain and fear those girls had to go through... I mean... just think about what they could've thought in the moment they were dying... alone in the jungle... so sad...
Alice Vicini exactly. I can't imagine. Especially since only bones were recovered so we don't know what kind of sexual or physical abuse they might have gone through before their death
I wonder if the dog got away from them and they started going off the trail to look for the dog...dog eventually just went back home but they got more and more lost :(
My theories is 1. The dog left them and they went after it and got lost 2. They got lost and the dog ran away. If this happened they could had followed the dog back home 3. They got killed and the dog ran home
That makes sense, otherwise why would they leave a trail in an area unknown to them? I wonder if delirium set in at some point, since they didn't have food or water for nearly the entire time they were lost. Maybe one girl succumbed to delirium first which scared the other girl, and the photos with more distance between them reflects that.
We don't know that the dog actually went with them. I find it strange the 2 women did not take a photo with the dog. When their parents later went on the same trail, the dog was filmed..
My theory is that they got lost on the trail and then they ran into a cartel and they harvested the girls organs. There is a huge black market industry for this in panama.
Nay_ xoxo I'm also from Britain so I'll explain :) basically in Mexico and other Central American countries there are gangs called cartels. They primarily deal with drugs and there are huge rivalries between the gangs which leads to murders and kidnappings. As well as drugs, they're sometimes involved in other black market (underground and illegal) industries as their main aim is to make more money and gain more power and influence over rival cartels. Central American jungles, like the ones in Panama, are good for the cartels as their criminals can hide or operate without any hope of being caught. What this person was theorising was that a cartel found the girls and killed them so that they could take their organs from the bodies. Organs like hearts, eyes, livers and kidneys can sell for huge amounts on the black market to be sold on to hospitals, used in illegal surgeries or used if someone has to get a transplant urgently and is desperate. If a cartel has 2 entire sets of healthy body organs, which the girls would have, these could sell for millions of dollars because there is such high demand for them in the black market, which would make the cartel lots of money. The bones were probably bleached so nobody could track the cartel or identify the victims and because they weren't valuable for them to sell.
Amez thank you! I get the theory now and I think that sounds like Somin that could've happened to the girls. I've never heard of cartels and the black market so I've learnt Somin new thanks!
Basically they will murder someone in order to sell their lungs, liver, heart, brain ect for 100 of thousands dollars. They sell them on the dark web to sick people or canibals.
It's crazy but it is common. Feet just decompose slower inside a shoe. So it will fall off the body and remain intact. On the northern part of the east coast shoes with feet in them wash up pretty frequently (sounds crazy but google it, it's true).
I’m assuming if you die in the middle of a rainforest with tight hiking boots on, the natural decomposition process would make the foot detach from the rest of the body but remain in the tight boot. Animals/scavengers that would then disperse the rest of the body would make the boot and foot inside it isolated. That’s just my theory though.
Unless they were originally just going for a little walk around , not a full blown hike. I mean they packed sunglasses and bikini which kinda seems like they were probably just going to go for a swim or fun look around
sophieシ if it was taken by an animal they could be very territorial in areas like the jungle and such ,and probably took it back along with the foot. which might explain why bones were scattered.
I'm from Panamá and this was a big case here. I think that was one of the weirdest case that had happened. Greetings from Panamá. You're the best Bella.
I'm from Panamá too and I really think this is a strange case, maybe they got lost and encountered something they shouldn't have, bad people or a wild animal. Still it is pretty sad :(
Me. Usually to see how many people don't understand how to formulate a polite request, and are apparently incapable of using the word "Please." You wouldn't think it would be hard, but comment sections seem to indicate it's quite difficult, as few manage.
I'm not sure why they don't believe animals got to them and spread the bones. Not like the Mexican cartels gonna go through that trouble. There's gotta be animals that would do this.
People use the term "bleach" too literally, not meaning actually bleached but stripped clean of all tissue and such, it was said lime may have been used, though none was found in the local soil, hence where the Mexican cartel was mentioned because they commonly used lime to strip bones and speed up the decay process to hide evidence.
I’m from Panamá, I’ve walked in trails in that area. Without a guide is easy to get lost. People from our country that goes there usually train for a while before doing the trails because it requires some strength and skill. First time I went there my group did a “short” trail, we were working at a fast peace, with a guide, and common sense because some of us were from the countryside, and we still did almost 8 hours of walking. Some of our friends, city people, stayed behind and the guides had to look for them because they got lost in the blink of an eye. My whole group was able to finally get together at night. Some people was dehydrated, wet from head to toes, and since the temperatures drops a bit, some were shivering badly. This is a rainforest where the land is wet, slippery, your shoes get stuck a foot deep in the mud. Not saying there wasn’t foul play. But I remember this case clearly and we were all horrified they went into the jungle by themselves.
This comment is everything. Ive seen this video when it came out and ever since im so intrigued by this case ive researched it for long. But from the very first time it was so evident to me that there was no foul play involved. Very clearly these girls succumbed to the elements:( i commented on it 6 yrs ago my theory that still stands today, i think they had no intention to leave the trail, it was evident they didnt prepare for it from the clothes and the lack of stuff they packed. So i think the dog wandered off trail and they went to look for him, but likely immediately got lost. They did lost the dog at one point because he was home the same day, and dogs find their way home blindly, from anywhere. But they stayed there for 8 more days alive and sadly never returned:(
the strange thing is that the dog 'blue' was never photographed by the girls. If the dog really walked a long with the girls, they would certainly have photographed him.
Honestly, if you are hiking in a new (to you) gorgeous area, that's what you are going to take pics of. The scenery and you in it. Not sure taking pics of a random dog would be high up on my list.
I certainly think that one of the owners was with them, they took their pictures, they sent their dog's home because they know that he knows the way, and last but not least, they left the girls in the jungle to die, or be found by cults
Could you please do the Kenneka Jenkins case? It's super interesting and there are a lot if things that don't add up they found her but the way she died is just weird
someone was definitely after them or found their dead bodies afterwards its so weird but they were probably lost and delusional at a point before they died
right! i really don't believe they died because of the elements. somebody folded their clothes on a rock\, moved their bones miles and miles away and bleached their bones 100% nature didn't do that lol
Tiana Keegan yeah yeah I agree they were killed and if it was an animal tell me which one goes around bleaching bones after it kills you that's what cannibals do not animals
I remember when I was about 15 and we were on a plane coming back from Mexico it was me my mom and sister. We ended up meeting this really nice mother with her two daughters and she stated they had recently escaped from I’m not sure if it was panama, or Honduras, Chile, but the mother said her husband was killed and whomever had herself and daughters tied in trees for many days and they had escaped and literally got a plane and flew to the US literally two days after that had happened, meanwhile they are in the airport probably paranoid as ever, they said now they couldn’t ever go back to where they were from, I wonder how they are doing now we didn’t get their names nor what city they were going to, but it would be cool to know more about it
I think the biggest mystery here is WHY THE FUCK do people get so upset when you miss one upload that they threaten to start a petition to take your channel down? What a bunch of psychos, wow.
Stop the Philosophical Zombies what should she act like? She’s just telling the story, describing the events. She doesn’t know the victims personally so she’s not going to sit there and cry about the all the events and the victims, it’s obvious she feels empathy though. I don’t think she’s upbeat or happy.. celebrating that these tragic deaths, murders, disappearances happen, you rather her be fake and act like she’s just devastated, cry in each video?
from memory isn't there an emergency call function on iphone tho which you don't need a password to log into? that would mean that whoever was trying to log on didn't want to log on for emergency reasons tho? Also the bag was spotless which was really weird and if it had been raining it probably would have at least been a little bit dirty, especially since it turned up two weeks (was it two? I can't quite remember?) after they disappeared... Edit: could the photos be taken as check points or markers? like a way for them to discover what way they had came so they could identify places if they needed to? idk just an idea
AnaClare my guess is both check points. I think the two plastic bags indicate direction of both the river, and the monkey bridge. The Daily Beast found the exact spot where they were. As for the I Phone, maybe it was Lisanne using the phone . She was a Samsung girl and might not have known this. Regardless, what we know about this, is that something definitely happened to Kris from the 6th April.
The bag was there for about 8weeks in the rain. And, I might be wrong but in 2014 I don’t think we could call the emergency without the password. Sorry for my english I’m french
The whole thing where you press your power button 5 times and emergency stuff comes up is super duper new, like within the last couple to few months. Also, we have the same ideas. I was thinking that maybe there were pictures or something that would be useful to authorities, so the killer deliberately disabled the phone so that all information would be lost. It's smarter than burying it or something, where it could be dug up or sniffed out.
I totally agree with what you are saying. What if the photos were like Morse code. For example, one far away photo could be a line and a close - up photo could be a dot. I don't know much about Morse code but its just a theory.
My theory is that got lost on the hike. They turned the phone son and off to conserve battery. The pictures and the method to them was for reference to make sure they weren’t going in circles. The one girls head injury might’ve been from a fall on a rock. One died before the other and she was trying to get into her friends phone after her own phone had died. Natural lime bleaching probably occurred on the bones. Animals ran off with the rest of the remains. I think it was just a sad accident.
they don't know exactly where their bodies were, where they died or where the stages of decomposition happened. it's entirely possible that there was lime to cause the bleaching naturally where those incidents actually took place, and then the bones were moved by water or streams etc. there's not enough actually known or studied about that huge area, so there really is no way to tell for sure what happened.
4 years later this is recommend to me, i know this story because it was pretty big on the news here in the Netherlands. The whole case is so sad and scary at the same time. Thanks for covering cases all over the world. A thumb up for you!
Genoveve Gutierrez There is a popular podcast called Cold Cases (or something close to that) that talks about stuff like this! I listen to it in the car all the time :)
Very common in death near water especially, the body decays, the foot is protected by the shoe and falls off, look up missing 411 cases, a common factor in most of those cases is a foot found in a shoe. What's interesting is they found lisannes foot fractured in many places, which would suggest she fell and injured herself as well and probably succumbed to the elements
Someone commented that there (area where girls went to) lives a cannibal tribe...so was thinking that maybe (that's just my opinion) girls got scared and tried escaping those cannibals...idk probably i'm wrong, but that could be the reason they didn't stop at night
they were never on that pianista trail this all is a set up with photoshopping , thats why you never see the dog , they were smart girls who should have stayed on the trail , and not go in the forest
@@hanavinter73 I think that they got kidnapped by a cannibal tribe after getting lost. Probably saw people and got excited and asked for help and they were murdered and eaten.
So I def think there was foul play for sure! The first thing I thought of when you said they were taking pictures of where they were..was to document where they were headed for the person that found there belongings (police) it makes total sense to say if something happens to us maybe the police can figure out what by these photos. How does someone's entire foot become detached from ones body without foul play. They say it's common but I've never heard of someone's foot just detaching itself from the rest of the body. It's just weird n clearly they were trying to reach out for help just didn't have service. Which is so sad. & I think the dog must of ran when they encountered the person(s) responsible b/c if I was lost I'd stay with the dog. That dog could potentially save you, if you encountered an animal ya know. & clearly he knew how to get back home. I think that dog ran off & he was alerting the host family that something happened. Dogs are very intelligent.
Racheal's Glam it IS common for feet to detach from the body after death when in a body of water. There is a beach in British Columbia where dozens of individual feet inside sneakers have washed up on shore (and continue to). It's a fairly common phenomena. Definitely doesn't indicate foul play on its own.
the foot takes longer to decompose as it’s inside of the shoe meaning it comes away from the rest of the leg as that starts to rot away. but the foot stays inside the shoe
One thing’s for sure, if these girls had watched videos like this of people disappearing and dying in the woods, they never would’ve ventured out there like they did because I dunno about the rest of you but this stuff scares the ever loving crap out of me
@@Ekinnajay yeah your right. Or after few days without food or water and all the stress just not in the right mind to do much for themselves which is understandable. So sad. Im morbidly fascinated by cases like this but theyre some heavy stuff.
Don't worry, Bella. We all have our time when we need to take a break . You always have your videos that are on point with so much information in it, thanks for that. I love your videos and you of course. So don't stress about it because we're here with you no matter what. Love ya
Yeah. Me too. It just doesn't make sense. Also the deleted photo gives me chills. I think the Panamanian government dragged their feet and may even have obstructed the investigation to keep the tourist trade from being hurt.
I think she was using the camera to see if she had already been in the same area. In the jungle everything looks the same cause we cant remember the minute details. But if she took pictures than she would be able to know where she came from, so maybe thats what the sequences are about. They werent for the people who found the camera it was for her to remember where she had been.
This got recommended to me 2 years later, My theory is that the girls didn’t take the pictures and that the Dog wasn’t with them because there are no pictures of the girls with the Dog...idk just a thought
Tan Jurisic if I had to choose one over the other I would choose mystery mondays, unsolved is good but it isn't as detailed. That's just my opinion tho, but I still will watch both...
I'm gonna be completely honest and say I don't watch mystery Monday simply because the content makes me paranoid and scared and sad lol BUT Bella you're honestly amazing for making these videos for the people who love them, because they're so much more work than a standard beauty video. You are such an underrated youtuber but you're my favorite ❤️❤️❤️
I think that while they were taking their hike they got lost and asked someone for help and that someone ended up not being too friendly. And when they realized they were in danger they sent the dog away for safety and to let their host family know something happened or is going to happen to them. So sad...
Don't worry there are actually people who aren't crazy and are totally okay with you uploading late etc. Ps. I don't want you to feel obligated to upload on time because this is your channel and you put a lot of effort into these videos lol
I don't have a complete theory, but some mini ones and also some questions I would like to share. :) 1) The pictures taken in the dark might not have been taken to actually get an image, but to use the flash either to scare an animal away or to serve as a light signal, which in the end didn't work out. 2) There is this picture of Kris's temple/back of her head. I think Lisanne was heavily injured (because if I got it right, her foot was found in a shoe so her leg must have been broken at some point) and maybe not in a good mental state. When I want to see something at the back of my head (an injury for example) I think it is reasonable to just take a picture yourself and by this judge how bad it is. So maybe Kris got injured as well and just used this method to see how bad it was? 3) I never went hiking in the rainforest, but from the pictures from the start of the hike: is this appropriate clothing? Especially the shorts made me wonder. I mean I am an average European and I would imagine rainforest to have some high gras or something - like stuff I wouldn't want to touch or scratch my legs. Does that make sense? So I wonder if they really intended a hike or just went for a walk. 4) Maybe a stupid one, but I'm also confused about the dog story. First of all, two young girls, obviously liking animals, but they take pictures of themselves always without the dog? At what point did the dog run away and was he unleashed the whole time? Then I would wonder how they made sure he came with them. Or if he was on a leash, why would they let go of him? Especially because this could mean trouble with the host family. 5) Is it known if they changed position after the emergency calls? Well, I guess they did, because they tried every now and then, but what was the emergency then? Did they try to call because they've lost the way or because of something else. 6) Why did they not try to leave any message to their parents or loved ones? I mean, this maybe is stupid as well, but if I imagine myself in this situation - I got lost in the rainforest and at some point I will realise I won't make it. And still there is no sudden death falling on me, so I have time for these dark last thoughts you get in such moments I guess. Wouldn't I take my phone and write a last message to my parents or my boyfriend? Record myself or anything like this? And hope it will somehow get through or be found? I don't want to Blairwitch Project the story, but if I imagine myself in this situation I would sure try to leave some last words to my husband.
Dogs in Panama, specially places like Boquete are usually unleashed and very independent , so owners know they can walk around anywhere and always come back That is appropriate clothing for a small hike, a big hike usually includes a rain jacket since it rains a lot but it is very hot so they were wearing appropite clothing
Daniela Fernandez thank you for these two explanations. :) I have never been to South America so I can only assume stuff from my personal perspective. Is it typical as well that the dogs return on their own? Because I red somewhere else that they would only return after a special command and that this is trained so that they could lead people back home? Is that true? Because then I would wonder why he left them?
Boquete is a mostly rural town so dogs are usually street dogs that have a family that gives them food and takes a decent amount care of them but they aren't trained or in the house most of the time. Since they are always unleashed and roaming around streets they always know how to go back to the house that takes care of them and gives them food. I believe he became hungry or thirsty and decided to go back home and that is why he left them.
lυιѕα m. Honestly, I think Blair Witch Project is one of the scariest movies I know. I grew up in a village in Germany surrounded by forest and this whole story is so relatable. I remember our parents always telling us to not go to the woods when we were younger. I don't believe in all this ghost and demon stuff, but to get lost in the woods is a real fear of mine. And I know Blair Witch Project is not real, but it sure could be. There are crazy people out there.
I think they took the pictures because they wanted to see if there was something or someone watching them. Maybe they heared something and wanted to check.
This case has simultaneously gutted and interested me, so I've watched a lot of videos on it and heard many different perspectives and collections of evidence on it. What I don't understand, which I've seen a few times now, is analysis like yours, which mentions facts about the case that so bizarre and significant, such as bleached bones, finding a shoe with a foot in it, most of their bones being missing, 90 random photos in the dark between 1-4 am on just one day a week after they went missing, someone trying to access a phone 77 times unsuccessfully, their backpack appearing out of nowhere in pristine condition with functioning electronics despite the torrential rains and it being near a river, and then conclude...yep, they surely died of the elements and dehydration. That's all. I mean, what's the explanation for all of those things, then? They should be taken more seriously than just being "weird." Speaking of weird, I also don't know why people omit the guide so much. He was the last one to see them, offered to take them on a guided hike, has a ranch not far from where the backpack and bones were found, supposedly has a history of being inappropriate with women, and also was the one who "found" their bones. I mean...putting all of that together, there's just no conceivable way foul play wasn't somehow involved in their deaths. And the guide also apparently went to their room at their host family's place, when he raised the alarm they were missing, and search their room without police permission. He's fairly obviously involved somehow.
But at the Same Time i also think it was definitaly Them who did the emergency calls bc they entered 112 First instead of 911 . 112 is the emergency number in netherlands ... so in Panic they probably forgot that & then remembered hey were in a Different Country it's probably 911... if it was someone trying to cover the tracks, they would've dialed 911 instead of 112
georgiehembury maybe they would've gotten through if they knew the local emergency hotline :( that's kinda sad , but I also think it wasn't them who tried to get into Kris' iPhone , because you don't need to unlock the iPhone to dial emergency plus the attempts to call 911/112 stopped after April 3rd. That's odd
Erin A True. That's what I was thinking as well. Why did anyone try to unlock her phone. But maybe the girls were already dead and someone found them and the backpack and thought they'd take the phone? I don't know. Super strange
Love you Bella. I’ve DEEPLY RESEARCHED THIS CASE.! I’m talking months.. I do not agree that they died on Theyr own. I believe it was the tour guy. They offered a 30,000$ reward for these girls. The reward said “dead or alive” 🤦🏼♀️🤯 Then suddenly the same tour guide is the one that finds the first remains. No reward was ever issued and all the indigenous people are furious because they spent months helping.! The whole situation is soo tragic.! God bless both Theyr souls/Theyr families and everyone that helped with good intentions. I just love your content and your so gorgeous too. Love your vids
Jessica IsHere Yes, I think it was the tour guide too. He was very suspicious the whole time. Wanted them to stay on his ranch with him the night before the tour. Goes to the host family looking for them when they don’t show up for the tour (who does that?) and goes into their room alone. Who knows what he took or messed with in there. His ranch was near where their bodies were found. I think he found them on the trail the first day and talked them into going off trail since he was with them and could “guide” them. Then he kidnapped them to his ranch and held them there for a week. They escaped and that’s when they took all the night pictures. That’s how they survived without food or water, why there is a gap in photos, the deleted photo could’ve had him in it and he had to get rid of the evidence that he was there. Their clothes and especially their shoes did not show signs of rough wear which they should have it being worn in a jungle for a week. I’m not sure if he found them after they escaped and he killed them, or if they did just die from injuries/natural causes at that point and he found them after death and took them. Then he planted all the evidence to be found and bleached one’s bones but didn’t do the other one’s for whatever reason. This is the only theory that makes sense to me. He let them keep their phones knowing they had no reception, or else he made all the calls himself to throw off authorities. As for those who say why would he go to all that trouble when he could just hide everything, misdirection works better. Make it look like they just got lost and died. If no evidence was found at all, no one would give up on looking for them and he was already a suspect. Planting just enough evidence to show they died out there served its purpose of throwing everyone off and shutting down the investigation.
They called emergency services multiple times over days it’s sad but they got lost and keep going deeper in trying to find there way out...they prob got injured and died from exhaustion and exposed without anything bugs other shit etc...RIP to them that’s just my theory and no the tour guide actually didn’t find there stuff it was a local tribe that found some of there stuff
As a Dutch person, I happen to know a bit about this case too! So recently, I think near the ending of 2017, they released some info about more body parts being found, as well as a shirt. So they think it is Lisanne’s shirt. And the body parts where like arms, and fingers and even a head. It was also confirmed murder, cause when they found the head, it was completely unrecognizable.
but wouldn't you expect a decapitated head to be unrecognisable after three years? flesh decays, and bones can get crushed. but please do share the more recent info you got, because this case intrigued me a lot.
roos vdh I don’t know if that specifically means murder. If a head is lost in the jungle since 2014 and found in 2017 there obviously must be some damage done to it by animals or natural conditions.
So I watched some videos of Latin Americans talking about this more specifically ppl from Panama... from that place..... It is believed by the older generations that there is a cannibal tribe deep in the woods which explains the bones and maybe even the bleached bones. It may sound dumb but thought I’d share this.
Are there not orange/lime trees? Or maybe they have other methods.... hmmm I know in my country Honduras in the south of the country you can find lime trees in forests
bella mentioned there were traces of phosphorus. it's more common in milk than in lime. it could have been a certain ritual. and to be honest, there is always a myth of cannibals somewhere in a secluded area. it could have as well been that the people found the poor girl dead, and it is possible that in their belief system they perform a certain ritual to ease the dead? like as in a passage ritual, for the dead to find peace. "cannibal tribe" always sounds too cheesy to me, although it's almost always what pops into mind to explain missing parts and whatnot. i certainly find the bleaching to be very peculiar.
Lime, as in calcium oxide, which is made from limestone and other chemicals, is a powdered substance used to speed up decomposition, which Bella referred to in this video. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fruit limes that grow on trees. Just wanted to point that out.
i feel like with the photos they were trying to document their way so that way if they feel they needed to go back they would look at the photos and see the surroundings to find their way back to where they were
how is finding a whole foot in a boot not weird??? Someone chopped her foot off, that's hella strange :\ But so happy that you've posted a new mystery video :)
Eleri Bowen it sounds so weird I know because when I looked into it I was like wtf but someone explained it but I lost the link which explained how it can happen 😭
Eleri Bowen The foot in the shoe is not very unusual because the ankle joint disarticulates pretty easily after decomposition, and the shoe do a pretty good job of holding on to feet.
Bella, you could take a break from making these videos, and start doing more research on cases you find interesting and start pre recording them so when you start posting them again, you'll have enough pre recorded where you can do more extensive research whilst posting pre recorded ones. Just a thought! Either way, I love you and this series!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Sometimes people get a bit to hung up on the "Bleached" part, making me feel like they suspect some chemicals being used, but a forensic expert made more clear that "sun bleached" is what its meaning. And if it laid on a river back with more sun reaching it, that wouldnt be to outrageous. Some werent bleached because: They were in a shoe, they were maybe in the shade, under plants some werent and got sunlight exposure They had no water - they followed a river? In wet season... kinda lots of water all around
The pin thing: it could have been the girl but severely delirious from dehydration or something. I had a very bad reaction to a new medication once that caused serious hallucinations, it took me three tries to dial 911 as I was seeing the numbers in the wrong places and actually thought they _had_ changed places.
This story really doesn't sit well with me... I always thought it was something suspicious not just starvation or dehydration that killed them... but I can see how people think this. It's possible that the photos were taken as evidence so that when someone found their camera, they were able to back track and see where Kris's body was left. BUT, one of the main reasons I don't believe this is because it would have been so much easier to video tape what was happening to them... Blair Witch style. Why would you take a ton of photos when you can record yourself for one minute and explain that you were lost and injured? There wouldn't be any confusion with that.
Alyssa hmmm very good point. Like I mentioned in some other comments maybe they were just dehydrated scared and hungry and weren’t in the right mind set? Very very good points though !
Maybe a video would use up more battery and were only taking photo sequences in hopes they would have charge longer? I really want answers this is awful
Gr1m Xbunn1 but they took 98 photo form on night so that would have waisted their battery 100x more then one simple video I personally think they were killed after you see those photos of them crossing the bridge and going to the trail that isn’t suppose to be taken. I believe the phone calls and photos were used by the killer to cause confusion and act as if an accident had happen or they got lost.
Thank you for being patient with me, can't wait to get back into the swing of things! 💪🏽

Uhhh when has a dog ever found their way home by GPS navigation. I'll wait....

or the killer liked dogs? 🤷♀️
Its eazy.Well if u dint know dogys have GPS ok 😉
Idk :(

Brooke Clawson but again just a super strange theory. The theory you suggested is much more solid
Makes sense, but why take the photos in the middle of the night? I wouldn't think they'd be walking around in the night on those dangerous jungle trails following a river. The camera flash could have been used to signal to searchers they might have heard. Seems to make most sense to me personally.
I think they were killed and the photos were taken to throw off police, why was there a week gap between the photos?

The most bizzare thing to me is that the host family's dog has seen all of things that have happened, but of course he/she can't tell it....if dogs could be able to speak.. :/
Since the dog came back and found the way home, I think they weren’t lost. Something had to happen to them, because if they were lost, they could just follow the dog...?
well the dog returned the night of the day they left, so maybe they weren’t lost yet and wanted to keep hiking late into the night???
This is why i think animals should have small cameras built into their collar tags or something like that!
Carl Faust who would want that lmao they needed a dog to help them in a daylight, what makes you think they wouldn’t want it when it’s dark af
I think someone or something must have made them go off trail. The dog would have been barking or occupied by that someone or something else and the girls would have seen it as there chance to escape hence why they would have seen the other trail as a perfect place to go. It also would explain why the dog was able to return and not them.
These poor girls. I wish they would have waited to hike until their tour guide was with them the next day
He might have been the culprit anyway.
The tour guide killed them
Jeanette Zainine but how would he have known they would go the day before?
Anaya K they could have cancelled and said “oh we are going today.” or something like that
Madi If that is the case and he lost money then maybe he would of killed them. But for someone knowing the area he was pretty bad at hiding stuff.
I can’t think of anything scarier of being lost in a jungle in a foreign country with little food and no water, and then your best friend dying so you’re all alone
omg :(
I can easily think of something much scarier, namely being kidnapped.
I'm oddly relieved that the dog returned
Caralee Koopowitz I was too!!
Bubblegumgirl1996 maybe that's why he ran back idk
Bubblegumgirl1996 I’m guessing because that’s not the dogs alphas dogs r dedicated to their owners not some strangers even in the wild an animal won’t just randomly follow u unless they’re attached to u they would be scared of u , so he retreated back to his owners thank God!!
If only that dog could talk :-/
Rehpuppy this makes a lot of sense.
Yeah this makes sense. They chased the dog and got lost. . So sad
@@jhk7304 Either way it looks like they went too far down the trail under their own power. They should have turned around at the summit but didn't for some reason, whether they got turned around for some reason or because of the dog. That's a good hypothesis. G Host OK if one was to accept your theory about the cannibalistic tribe then how could it be explained about the pictures? The pictures make no sense whatsoever and they were taken at night. If the cannibalistic tribe is primitive as you say then they must know how to operate a camera
You meant "conejos"
380PPK the girls took the pictures. My theory is that they were marking their place so that if they get lost they have pictures to backtrack
Do you have *any* evidence that this tribe exists?
May the pll took the picture wtf do they know about camera and shit
If the dog was smart enough to find its way back - wouldn’t they think to take the dog on the search? 🤔
1000th like!
How on earth their cellphones batteries lasted 11 days!!
They probably only used it for like 1min each day then turned it off to preserve battery
Portable chargers
They did not carry portable chargers, so this phone with power for 10 days is just one more of dozens of suspicious aspects of the case.
Probably a Nokia brick
The battery could last for longer then 11 days considering there is no WiFi, for that reason being WiFi brings your battery down. So if they used it to check times and did not waste time on other apps it is very fortunate that the battery would last that long.

I think the dog probably left to go back home because he knew the way, but probably didn't go back exactly on the trail. The girls thought he was running off so they tried to run after him and got lost.
Makes sense.
And that's why they called so many times to see if the dog was okay and for help

I wonder if the dog got away from them and they started going off the trail to look for the dog...dog eventually just went back home but they got more and more lost :(
My theories is
1. The dog left them and they went after it and got lost
2. They got lost and the dog ran away. If this happened they could had followed the dog back home
3. They got killed and the dog ran home
Something scared the dog
But why didn't they take pictures of the dog?
@@annevries8572 yes that is what i think
That makes sense, otherwise why would they leave a trail in an area unknown to them? I wonder if delirium set in at some point, since they didn't have food or water for nearly the entire time they were lost. Maybe one girl succumbed to delirium first which scared the other girl, and the photos with more distance between them reflects that.
If the dog came back without the girls, they should have gone back to the jungle with the dog.

dogs don't work that way
Franccy Acutvr ..... yes they do?? Lol do you know anything about dogs at all?
We don't know that the dog actually went with them. I find it strange the 2 women did not take a photo with the dog. When their parents later went on the same trail, the dog was filmed..
My theory is that they got lost on the trail and then they ran into a cartel and they harvested the girls organs. There is a huge black market industry for this in panama.

"Losing a foot is a very common thing"............what?!
Same I was like wtf!!
It's crazy but it is common. Feet just decompose slower inside a shoe. So it will fall off the body and remain intact. On the northern part of the east coast shoes with feet in them wash up pretty frequently (sounds crazy but google it, it's true).
conniestyles 2.0 Bish wut¿ 😂😂
LMAO.. seriously.. I let out an audible ‘what?!’ when she said that too! 😂 didn’t know this was a thing.... like, at all.
TrumpU Gradguate yep. in bc, shoes containing feet in them wash up on the shores for some reason.
I don’t usually get scared by true crime cases but this makes me so so so uneasy
How is it common for a foot to be in a boot in the middle of the woods 😂😂
Ikr i was like "wtf?"
I still remember that 😅 Bella has changed so much though. I have subscribed to her again.
Exactly that’s what i was wondering
thats what i was thinking, like how much does such a spontaneous thing like that happen
I find it strange that they would only bring one small bottle of water on a hike
Scarlet Viner-Bird ahhahahah
Yes! And then NOT drink it when/if they did get lost?!?! .... hmmm
Unless they were originally just going for a little walk around , not a full blown hike. I mean they packed sunglasses and bikini which kinda seems like they were probably just going to go for a swim or fun look around
so stupid not to bring more food and water...always be prepared
Scarlet Viner-Bird me to that is strange....
there was definitely someone involved. how does someone’s pelvic bone end up away from the rest of the body?
sophieシ if it was taken by an animal they could be very territorial in areas like the jungle and such ,and probably took it back along with the foot. which might explain why bones were scattered.
maybe an animal
better now?!
y’all bitches can’t even spell skinny none of the bones were scratched. no animal was involved

I'm from Panamá and this was a big case here. I think that was one of the weirdest case that had happened. Greetings from Panamá. You're the best Bella.
Iqra Ahmed I'm very confused because there's a lot of questions without answers but I think that was a group of bad people who did it.
I'm from Panamá too and I really think this is a strange case, maybe they got lost and encountered something they shouldn't have, bad people or a wild animal. Still it is pretty sad :(
caroline forero oh hi. Sending love from Pakistan. Stay safe and never go on hikes :)
Im also from Panama and it could be some indigenous tribe that eat people

The bone bleaching is throwing me off
Been discovered it was sun bleached, not artificial
I'm not sure why they don't believe animals got to them and spread the bones. Not like the Mexican cartels gonna go through that trouble. There's gotta be animals that would do this.
Christine Hutchins Mexican cartels? Bro this happened in Panama
@@BigLipBoy , someone had mentioned Mexican drug cartel, was thinking that wouldn't make sense...especially since they were in panama! 😁
But I remember this case clearly and we were all horrified they went into the jungle by themselves.
also so common for murders in Central America it is not safe for two tourist white women to go off alone .
man i did it with like 8-11 people and 1 guide and it was so easy to get lost just looking around

They r false lashes ( not real )

Kristina S ikr!!! Ppl are seriously insane!! Like get a hobby!! 😂😂😂
My thoughts exactly. lol People are legitimately INSANE. They need to get a job, a hobby, a pet to focus on or something. Sheesh.
the strange thing is that the dog 'blue' was never photographed by the girls. If the dog really walked a long with the girls, they would certainly have photographed him.
Key is what time the dog got back home. May be the girls didn't really want to bring him along and set him home early at the beginning of the journey.
i think the murderer took the photos or the dog got scared by something and went home. i know i wouldve been taking a bunch of pictures of the dog lol
Olivia Andie guh look up Elisa lam and tell me that don't remind you of that
Yes! 👌🏼
Tanika Richardson so you think she was playing the elevator game to? Maybe
Yes!!!! This story gave me so many chills
OMG SHE SHOULD
someone was definitely after them or found their dead bodies afterwards its so weird but they were probably lost and delusional at a point before they died
right! i really don't believe they died because of the elements. somebody folded their clothes on a rock\, moved their bones miles and miles away and bleached their bones 100% nature didn't do that lol
Tiana Keegan yeah yeah I agree they were killed and if it was an animal tell me which one goes around bleaching bones after it kills you that's what cannibals do not animals
Tiana Keegan but that doesn't mean they killed them. Maybe they found them dead, did that stuff for religious reasons, so their sould could pass, etc.
posted 20 minutes ago I really appreciate your reply. Well thought out response and some truly important info.
The bone was Sun bleached. There was no lime involved.
I remember when I was about 15 and we were on a plane coming back from Mexico it was me my mom and sister. We ended up meeting this really nice mother with her two daughters and she stated they had recently escaped from I’m not sure if it was panama, or Honduras, Chile, but the mother said her husband was killed and whomever had herself and daughters tied in trees for many days and they had escaped and literally got a plane and flew to the US literally two days after that had happened, meanwhile they are in the airport probably paranoid as ever, they said now they couldn’t ever go back to where they were from, I wonder how they are doing now we didn’t get their names nor what city they were going to, but it would be cool to know more about it
Glad u didn't know their names u would have exposed them
Damn the dog coming back could’ve been a pivotal moment in finding them ... like if the host family went and searched right when the dog came back
Seriously! Or even the next morning. They didn’t report it until 7 the next night!
Perhaps the family is also involved in their death
You know what would be a cool idea! You should do a mystery for every state in the us. Like the craziest on for each state.

people are really rude to you i have no idea why
She's strangely upbeat when talking about morose and tragic deaths. It's kind of annoying and seems fake.
Stop the Philosophical Zombies no wtf she isn’t like that
Stop the Philosophical Zombies you want her to cry and have sympathy talking bout it? That’s annoying I rather her be serious and talk about a case

AnaClare that makes so much sense
OB G I think this is the closest thing to what actually happened
No I think they was murdered
OB G
That makes so much sense actually
but if she wanted to call 911 she could with the iphone , u don’t need to unlock the phone
they don't know exactly where their bodies were, where they died or where the stages of decomposition happened. it's entirely possible that there was lime to cause the bleaching naturally where those incidents actually took place, and then the bones were moved by water or streams etc. there's not enough actually known or studied about that huge area, so there really is no way to tell for sure what happened.
there's a lot of people who thinks those girls were eaten by cannibals, it's the theory that scares me the most
Romina Canneo I was thinking about the same thing :s
4 years later this is recommend to me, i know this story because it was pretty big on the news here in the Netherlands. The whole case is so sad and scary at the same time. Thanks for covering cases all over the world. A thumb up for you!
I would think that they took the pictures so they could find there way back, like bread crumbs in Hansel and Grettle
Avery Mueller that's what i thought too!
Avery Mueller I thought the exact same
Avery Mueller that's so likely!
Or even if they realised they might not make it back alive, so they took the photos for authorities to find later to piece together the case
typing their story into notes would make more sense then
You should make these into a podcast! I'd love to listen to these when I drive around!
Genoveve Gutierrez yeah especially as her accent is so nice to listen to
Genoveve Gutierrez There is a popular podcast called Cold Cases (or something close to that) that talks about stuff like this! I listen to it in the car all the time :)
you should listen to the podcast 'my favourite murder' it's great
I love seeing all the pictures she adds , I hope she doesn't make it a podcast lol
Genoveve Gutierrez there's another podcast called the vanished which is super good too!
how tf is it common to find a human foot detached from the body? Lol
Leila & Aimee i thought the same
actually its pretty common, especially with people who die in water, as the ligaments in the ankle break easier
Have you ever heard of the feet washing up on Vancouver island? Haha
Feet are connected by ligaments not bone so it decays and falls off I guess.
As my mom says: “If you get lost, hug a tree!”... Why did they have to walk around AT NIGHT?
Same with my father he use to say to me when I was little "if you got lost stay in your place don't move so it's easily we can found you .. "
@@richardsmit8305 yes i agree scary shit
Wow! That’s pretty crazy! Thanks! I’ve never heard of that of that before!
The rivers pull at your body, and after decomposition, your body parts start detaching from the drag.
the foot takes longer to decompose as it’s inside of the shoe meaning it comes away from the rest of the leg as that starts to rot away. but the foot stays inside the shoe

Lusanne could have made an emergency call without the passcode on kris's phone. Everything about this case is strange once you look into it

This was years ago, they might not have had that on the phones back then. And it could also be that this country didn't have that option

i think the camera part is the weirdest. i can’t stop thinking about it
Yeah.
One thing about the camera is even missing in the video. Exactly one photo was deleted from the camera - via computer...

I think that while they were taking their hike they got lost and asked someone for help and that someone ended up not being too friendly. And when they realized they were in danger they sent the dog away for safety and to let their host family know something happened or is going to happen to them. So sad...
Kim That would suck since they just assumed they were okay and didn't contact police ☹
1) The pictures taken in the dark might not have been taken to actually get an image, but to use the flash either to scare an animal away or to serve as a light signal, which in the end didn't work out.
Dogs in Panama, specially places like Boquete are usually unleashed and very independent , so owners know they can walk around anywhere and always come back
That is appropriate clothing for a small hike, a big hike usually includes a rain jacket since it rains a lot but it is very hot so they were wearing appropite clothing
Ariane Weiß THIS IS WHY I DONT WANNA WATCH BLAIR WITCH ANYMORE

I was thinking if they wanted to see who or what was in that hole? Poor young ladies so sad
He's fairly obviously involved somehow.
thank you for your hard work and dedication to this video! We all appreciate you so much xx
But at the Same Time i also think it was definitaly Them who did the emergency calls bc they entered 112 First instead of 911 . 112 is the emergency number in netherlands ... so in Panic they probably forgot that & then remembered hey were in a Different Country it's probably 911... if it was someone trying to cover the tracks, they would've dialed 911 instead of 112
Erin A agree!
georgiehembury maybe they would've gotten through if they knew the local emergency hotline :( that's kinda sad , but I also think it wasn't them who tried to get into Kris' iPhone , because you don't need to unlock the iPhone to dial emergency plus the attempts to call 911/112 stopped after April 3rd. That's odd
Erin A True. That's what I was thinking as well. Why did anyone try to unlock her phone. But maybe the girls were already dead and someone found them and the backpack and thought they'd take the phone? I don't know. Super strange
Erin A 112 is also the emergency number in sweden
TheMsSweetgabi i know , it's in most European countries. It's also in Germany
24 minute video? yesss sign me up xxx
Heheh
Bella Fiori omg this made my day 💓💓
Peyton Clapperton 23.57 minutes to be exact 😂
Peyton Clapperton lol right!! Love this shit
@@Meowzers915 this makes so much sense!! thank you
They could've switched their hike to that day, who really knows?
As a Dutch person, I happen to know a bit about this case too! So recently, I think near the ending of 2017, they released some info about more body parts being found, as well as a shirt. So they think it is Lisanne’s shirt. And the body parts where like arms, and fingers and even a head. It was also confirmed murder, cause when they found the head, it was completely unrecognizable.
but wouldn't you expect a decapitated head to be unrecognisable after three years? flesh decays, and bones can get crushed. but please do share the more recent info you got, because this case intrigued me a lot.
roos vdh no fucking waay!
How does that confirm murder?
roos vdh I don’t know if that specifically means murder. If a head is lost in the jungle since 2014 and found in 2017 there obviously must be some damage done to it by animals or natural conditions.
Azul Caldhera that’s true, but I think they mean info about things that were found at the time were just recently released?
The bones were Sun bleached. There was no lime involved. It is faulty information that keeps getting passed around.
I thought that too
This case is extremely sad indeed, poor girls, may they RIP !!!
i feel like with the photos they were trying to document their way so that way if they feel they needed to go back they would look at the photos and see the surroundings to find their way back to where they were
yessss, i've been waiting for this! So proud of you for getting through the struggles and uploading
how is finding a whole foot in a boot not weird??? Someone chopped her foot off, that's hella strange :\ But so happy that you've posted a new mystery video :)
Because it can happen if you fall on your foot in a certain way, I don't remember the logistics of it buts it's really not that strange!
Bella Fiori ohhhhh, yeah that makes more sense!!
Eleri Bowen it sounds so weird I know because when I looked into it I was like wtf but someone explained it but I lost the link which explained how it can happen 😭
Bella Fiori oh that's annoying☹️ but yeah that makes more sense as to how it's not actually that strange!!
Some werent bleached because: They were in a shoe, they were maybe in the shade, under plants some werent and got sunlight exposure
They had no water - they followed a river? In wet season... kinda lots of water all around
But she says it was cause by lime? Would that happen by the sun?
This is the one time having a password on a phone bites you in the butt
Harper Grace I know on iPhone you can now have a password but still call emergency services while you phone is still locked
Sarah Anne you can do that on any phone
@@alicez1597 how do you do that
@@alicez1597 thank you so much
The pin thing: it could have been the girl but severely delirious from dehydration or something. I had a very bad reaction to a new medication once that caused serious hallucinations, it took me three tries to dial 911 as I was seeing the numbers in the wrong places and actually thought they _had_ changed places.
i dont even need to be delirious not to remember my pin!!!
Abigail Newsom i tried to look it up i can’t find the video you are talking about
Alyssa it could be for battery usage
