We were very lucky in this game! We were very ponderous on the ball, we really miss a midfielder like Fabregas someone who can find killer balls and is aggressive with his passing-our midfield is full of running and aggression but lacks that killer ball instinct-if we have one of those then sure has hell Havertz, Sterling, Auba and Broja will get goals. Also, Mendy needs to be benched, he hasn't been good since the Real Madrid game, he's not his assured self.
The manager is more intelligent than u, he said he will support Mendy, he knows it's just a game and ppl have picks and dips, u remain loyal to them at all times

The thing about Mendy is that he might be a bit careless with the ball on his feet but every match he makes exceptional saves.... Against West ham Leicester Southampton..... He's a great shot stopper
A bunch of new signings still being integrated into the team. Injuries early in the season. It's meant that the defence especially hasn't had a settled line-up. Koulibaly has had a struggle in these early games but he'll come good as he adapts. He reminds me of Frank Lebouef who needed some games to get used to his new club and the fast pace of the league. He went on to have great success with Chelsea and France. Koulibaly is a class player and once he settles in, he'll be great too. As we've seen, even Liverpool are having inconsistent results in these early matches. Looks like it'll be a very competitive league this season. So, although the performances have been frustrating, Chelsea is in the mix and they have very big potential to improve. In 2016-17, after 6 matches, we were sitting in 8th place with the same points we have now. Then it just clicked, the manager found the right combination and we stormed to the title. Not saying that will happen again but there was always a worry about Chilwell returning from a bad injury and being as good as he was. That was a seriously impressive substitute showing by him. I think the team will operate better with a genuine central striker, whether that be Aubameyang or Broja. Havertz's more preferred position has been playing behind the No.9. KTBFFH.

once his fitness is back, Chilly must start over Cucu! We won the first match against Everton via penalty given from fouling him. Cucu is a fast and hard working, but Chily has that "finisher" Alonso-esque mentality that he's not afraid to go into the box.

that should have been a goal but we still would’ve won 2-1 because Antonio should’ve gotten a red but he didint, 5 minutes later he scored a lucky goal because mendy kept getting stomped on, the last west ham goal well yes he did hit mendy but no way he hit him so hard mendy had to roll on the floor and get treatment for 4 minutes, so even if the last goal counted is still should’ve been 2-1

A back 4 would limit the likes of Reece James...... He'd have to track back way more often and wouldn't always have the freedom to storm down the flanks..... In a back 3 fofana has that covered which gives him all the space he needs on the right

same. nothing to be cocky about with this game, we're 100% lucky with that dodgy foul. tuchel still needs to sort out his attacking flow cos i'm still not seeing any creativity from the start. we have to snatch goals from the start not 60th minute.
@@GonzoMFahri whenever we have to start an attack from the back now my eyes start to droop. Rudi and Christensen delivered great balls to get attacks started. Neither Koulibaly nor Cucurella seem to be able to get a ball out of the back. Even in this weird formation Tuchel tried I saw several good runs from both Sterling and Pulisic go ignored. Even from Reese.

@@shahilmohd8436 I guess they never will. With TT I can't even recall at least one clear vertical pass from midfielders forward (except the one in the League final from Mount to Havertz). My feeling is that midfielders are programmed only to block,intersect and stretch the lines so that wings could run in.

I won't say much about the match because we took the needed 3 points but I don't know why of late we can't defend our goals when we lead, we can't defend and clear off pressure from the back, we can't concentrate for 2 minutes on the ball and we can't score from too many chances created, and we can't keep couple of clean sheets. We've not win 3 matches in a row. These tells that we've dropped in performance even worse than late of last season.

It because it was an equalizer as they don’t want to waste too much time so they could get the 2nd goal. They ran back to their normal formation quickly, chiwell celebrate that goal because he miss the feeling. You can see they all celebrate heavily on Kai havertz goal to run down the clock
