Corner takers need to play it safe, by putting ball into the box. Counter attack is a well established template.

@@Speshemmy it's not ,it's the role of no.6 ,to stop counter attack .He is in a good position ,all he needs to do is apply pressure/press till his teammates covers him ,not doing stupid tackle .Keep justifying what he did and he'll never learn his mistakes ,you get countered all the time from misplaced passes .
@@TheOpinionGuyy cucurella took a poor corner that didn't even clear the first man. When the ball came back to him, he simply passed it into the crowd of players that resulted in a Leicester City counter. Gallagher took one for the team. But his first yellow was silly.

Thing is Mendy's firm is scary at the moment for Chelsea, i mean he's not consistent anymore, it felt like sometimes he let those goals in which can easily be blocked according to his standards.

what you talking about had three bad games last season against west ham, Madrid, Brentford and one against Leeds, between that you had some terrific performances against Liverpool in particular and he saved us today multiple occasions, the agenda against him is unreal, he also made some vital stops against Everton and against Tottenham
Apart from his mistake against Leeds for the opening goal. He has been great. People do get off day at work sometimes.

Even though it was a bad pass from cucu, I think putting Conor as the last man while on a yellow card was a bad idea. In the event of a counter and taking a foul for the team, it would’ve been better to have someone else who wasn’t on a yellow card.
@@christianwilliams9010 Gallagher is inexperienced deep in midfield. I am sure that after a couple of years in a similar situation, he will allow the fast central defender to figure it out on his own.
