근육이나 빵빵하게 생기면서 근육통이 오면 기분좋게 받아 들이겠고만..🥹😢이런 통증은 기분이 좋지 않아~물러가랏! 아프니까 난 요가로 몸을 풀련다앗!

      @@seingoju 바쁘단 일로..요가를 완전 등한시 했더니 몸이 넘 빳빳해지고 찌뿌둥 하더라구요.이렇게 틈 날때만이라도 요가는 틈틈이 해줘야 겠다고 또 한번 다짐 했어요.감사해요 푸하루님 👍 👍
