Easiest and cheapest way to put good lights on a dirtbike that has no battery! Comment what bike you want to put lights on,and don't forget to like and subscribe🤘
I made an updated version of this video titled "kx100 enduro build" where I go into detail on how to do everything and even wiring in a switch! in my opinion the updated video is the best option and method of putting a light on a dirt bike. you should check it out! The link th-cam.com/video/Tg_-TJzyQEw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=i54-HbsiygzaXpM5
where is the video i cant find it thnaks
@@N_o_ah it was posted four months ago, and the title starts with "KX100 enduro build". If you go back into my videos it'll be the first video where the bike is black and the picture is it leaning against a tree🤙
Awesome video man it helps heaps !
glad I can help! I feel like not enough people talk about alternative options from changing stators and wiring the whole bike up so I figured I would try and help some people out🤘
great video!
Thanks homie, Tried to make it quick and to the point and still give all the information needed to do it. I hope it helps some people out!
What model Tusk bar are you using with the Tusk handguards? I have the same handguards and like how your bar is taller and the guards fit better than the OEM handlebar.
I'm running the tusk t10 bars, I don't remember what size they are but they're a really nice budget bar that I've had no issues with, I put them on everything of mine because I like them so much
What kind of battery life are you looking at? Can’t find the headlight for my street bike and i need a quick solution; gotta make sure it’ll last long enough to be safe.
depends on the size battery you buy, the bigger milliamp hour the battery is the longer it will last, I would run a 3S or a 4S lipo if it were me that way it's the brightest it can be. but if you have a street bike I would imagine it has a battery already right?
How long does the battery last while riding brother?? Looking to do this type of set up with my dirt bike
For those little light bars they'll easily last all night with a big capacity battery like I use, I just recently posted an Enduro build video where i set up a proper headlight setup amongst other things that you should check out! My currant setup is much better than this video 🤘
Only problem I see is you need a BMS between the RC battery and the light or risk draining the RC battery too low that's why I would use a power drill battery with an adapter as they have built in BMS an easy to swap
could always wire in a volt meter as well if you're worried about it, but I've ran my Lipo's super low multiple times and they take it. it's like a $30 battery so I'm not too worried about it lol
Hi, just found your videos and was wondering if you could share your disability. I have a ‘19 Ktm 250 xcf and was planning on selling it soon. Got really sick last year and my lungs capacity is greatly reduced. Was deciding between a Kx 112 or Klx 140 L. Enjoy riding too much to give it up completely. Thanks for your videos, gave me encouragement!
yeah I don't mind, I have what's called arthrogryposis, easier if you just Google it instead of me explaining it lol but yeah a KX or the KLX would be good options,I like mine so much because it's easier to manhandle in the tight stuff than a 250 or 450 like I used to ride and in your case it sounds like that might help you too, and I'm glad I give you encouragement! That's the reason I make these videos🤘
and I commend you for wanting to continue to ride, that's awesome, reminds me of myself because there was plenty of times I was told I couldn't do something or it was hard for me to do but I find a way and do it anyway because that's what I want to do🤙
@@Adaptive_riding Thanks, btw I’m 59! and still riding dirt!
@@motomogul4023 perfect keep at it my friend 🤘
Hi, I’m responding here so you remember our conversation. Just sold the ktm and bought a ‘23 kx 112! Awesome bike, thanks for the videos!
can i just twist the wires and wrap it up instead of solder
you could but a soldering iron kit from Walmart is like 10$ and it's easy to do, if one of those wires come loose and grounds out that battery it's going to explode and potentially burn the bike down. Lipo batterys are no joke
I actually made an updated version of this video and set up a proper headlight with a switch and I showed how to do all of it, you should check it out
Does not work on my trr 125
Well you didn't do what I did then 🤷♂️
The concept will work on anything, how you execute it is based off of your abilities and your bike, figure it out
Would be nice to know more before saying that it doesn't work...
@@ApocGuy yeah it's literally a step-by-step video, not very hard to follow😂 I could mount the light to my kitchen table and the concept would still work😆
@@Adaptive_riding maybe it's problem in execution not concept 😉
