    I never been shown how to make this dish by by mother or grandmother before they passed. I’m glad I found this video so I try it myself.

      Drew, I'm glad it helped out. I'm the same as you as well, there are so many other recipes that I wish my mother had a chance to pass on.

    Easily the best and easiest khao swe recipe. I'm from India and we love this dish here which is known as Khow Suey. Loved to make this at home using your recipe. Thanks and cheers! :D

    Hello older brother! I'm from America (I know, I know). Thank you for making Ohn no Khao swe. I know how to make it too! Super Delicious! Very easy but has many steps to make it. It's really a special occasion recipe!

    First time seeing that you put lemongrass. All we ever known is no lemongrass and need to boil the flour first for decent amount of time to leave the raw smell goes away. Hope you enjoy yours

    Please give the hint about if I want to make 10 litres thin curry ,then how much coconut milk do I need for that?
    Chef , this is my humble request to you to suggest me the ratio of coconut milk and water . Hope you respond as early as possible.

    I would fry the lemongrass in oil

      And would add vegetables as well - adds both flavor and nutrition!

    Kyayzuubar. You made it look simple enough. 2 questions: how long did you marinate the chicken and is garam flour a sane hmote or a kyat hmote in Burmese? Thanks.
    I'll be making it this weekend.

    • @andiamocucina
      @andiamocucina  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      marinade the chicken for 10 minutes. Garam flour is chickpea flour. It is 'pe hmote'

    And the lemon? Is it optional, or you put the slices into the bowl, or just the juice of it?
