Awesome recipe. You described it so well. We made it today for dinner and everyone loved it - had to use Vietnamese flat rice noodles as that was what we had in the pantry. Fried garlic and peanut toppings made it even more delicious. Thank you for sharing !!

I ordered this from online food deities today first time but the taste wasn’t coming as coconut milk. I think they used beaten curd and thickening agent may be besan for the gravy.. but i liked chef’s way of preparation in this recipe and will try this out
