Mallee Family Care is proud to be a Facilitating Partner for the Communities for Children program.
For over a decade, we’ve delivered this impactful initiative in the Swan Hill Local Government area, working to create lasting change.
Through our place-based approach, Mallee Family Care partners with local stakeholders and organisations, ensuring that children and families receive the support they need to thrive.
