When the GSXR 750 came to the United States in 1986 I bought a Blue/White one. I had it for over 22 years and as much as I HAMMERED-IT it never let me sit. In 2007 I bought a 2005 GSXR 1000. That Bike was AWESOME. 366 lbs. Dry Weight. ❤

They couldn't handle 600 and they suck on the 1000. They act like they are retired pro racers. They put MASSIVE extensions on the bikes. They are the lying ricers of the bike world. (Keep in mind that this represents the lower 20% or less of GSXR owners. These people are the ones who give GSXR's a bad name)

It doesnt personally bother me, water off a duck's back and all that but it does frustrate me a little that barely anyone has anything positive to say anymore. Asked by my nephew years ago when I was riding a 2009 zx9 which was stupid fast stock and he asked me why it ticks like the neighbors old school plymouth Baracuda that had a old school hemi and I said you can only contain so much power before it trys to claw its way out and that's the ticking you hear the claws moving super fast against the inside of the engine block.........I had no idea that he was going to believe that and how far he was going to take it until a few days later my neighbor was telling me that my nephew started screaming and hollering being as serious as a kid can be at him as he was getting in the Cuda yelling DONT START IT, IT WILL GET OUT!! and then asked me what that was all about because then I guess he ran in the house like a killer was after him yelling no no no MOOOOM!!!.......OOPS I had answers he had to of been adopted 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I hate every single faired sport bike design, but Suzuki's faired sport bikes just hypnotize me! I'll even add this - I think the Hayabusa looks ugly, but this one is gorgeous!

Suzuki makes nice bikes... in 1985 they made a GSXR 750 that was beating the competition on their 1000's in the 1/8 and quarter mile.
In 85’ the Kawasaki 750 Turbo was King. I ran all over those GSXR’s, including the 1100.

One of the different looking bikes in the liter class. Most liter class superbikes look identical with a few being an exception.
It's not as pretty as R1m or Ducati V4, but it's beautiful for the price. I'll consider buying this.
