I got my 2021 F150 paid off 2.5 yrs early on a 6 yr term thanks to the RAMSEY way. Now it's saving up cash for the next project on at the house, and stacking cash with what I have left over after covering regular bills. Thank you for all the good work you have done over the years helping people find their way. Hoping to come down next spring/summer to watch a show and grab some books for friends to get them on the right track going forward. Teaching my 19yr old now to get money put away, avoid fees and get ahead as soon as he can so he can live well down the road.

Has that changed behavior and made young people choose less expensive colleges, carry cheaper cell phones, reduce spending on tattoos/piercings/expensive tennis shoes and name-brand clothes? Not that I can see. I stand by my original point. It's not that knowledge is missing; discipline is.

I have an elderly apartment neighbour who is born-again. We live in tiny microflats She keeps telling me that God is about to provide her with a free, three-bedroom house. She would have had $15,000 in food stamps by now if she'd signed up when I told her she was eligible. Instead, she runs out of money at the end of each month. As an untreated diabetic she can barely walk, but insists that mobility devices are "worse than death," so she talks others into going out to buy her food. She can no longer cook or clean, but refuses to sign up for elderly housing or even let anyone in her room to clean it. God will soon restore her to full health and she's going to get a job at age 80. But she won't give up her soda addiction.

It does clean the title as long as you notify all lien holders before foreclosing on them via the tax sale certificate. Dave don’t know shit about tax sales. He’s done 2 of them by his own words. All states and county’s have their own regulations and you have to read them.

Our community college nursing students graduate with an ADN (Associates Degree in Nursing) and then sit for the NCLEX-RN state licensing exam after which they are an RN (registered nurse.) Those who wanted a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) transfer to our four-year colleges to do an additional year. But our nurses did go through the program year-round, which included summers so that was the equivalent of three years of study. Requirements may vary by state and employer, but every healthcare facility is so desperate for nurses now that I do not think a nurse with a community college degree who has passed the state board exam would have any trouble getting a job as a nurse because at that point she is a registered nurse.
