- Today's class is Fluid Vinyasa Flow plus Deep Core Pilates.
We will do poses for elongation, stretching, flexibility. Somatic strength - flexibility.
You will need wrist weights or cans of soup and a block.
The block can be substituted for a pilates ball.
The yoga block is my favorite move for activating the core muscles and balancing the pelvis and hips.
I use it in my therapeutic yoga classes as well my somatic and strengthening classes.
Expect warrior poses, lunges, stretches, headstand, pilates abs, back strengthening, booty work with creative deadlifts, Psoas Release and more.

Thank you. The Pilates program i son purpose more about the awareness f the moves rather that cardio hard. Its my approach to it.
