Pilates Lower Belly Fluid Vinyasa Deep Core Abs Pelvic Floor Fascia Integrity

  • Today's class is Fluid Vinyasa Flow plus Deep Core Pilates.
    We will do poses for elongation, stretching, flexibility. Somatic strength - flexibility.
    You will need wrist weights or cans of soup and a block.
    The block can be substituted for a pilates ball.
    The yoga block is my favorite move for activating the core muscles and balancing the pelvis and hips.
    I use it in my therapeutic yoga classes as well my somatic and strengthening classes.
    Expect warrior poses, lunges, stretches, headstand, pilates abs, back strengthening, booty work with creative deadlifts, Psoas Release and more.

    Thanks Ali! I often want to do pilates but dont love the stiffness, for lack of a better word, that is often part of pilates. I appreciate the fluidity you brought to this practice!

    Thank you for free classes, you are great as always. I noticed though, that your earlier videos were much more harder, and now classes are so easy, because too much talking and so little exercise...Dont know what the reason is for this change.. anyway I love them. Thank you again.

      Thank you. The Pilates program i son purpose more about the awareness f the moves rather that cardio hard. Its my approach to it.
