Do I alone feel weird looking how a guy is taking a video when 2 girls are doing this heavy lifting?
You probably aren't the only one thinking this, but the purpose of the video is demonstrate that ANYONE can perform this when utilizing proper body mechanics. It should be empowering in my opinion.
