    FYI I double spin towels and jeans to cut drying time/ electric usage. Cheaper to spin than dry longer, less electricity used.

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I tend to do the laundry during the morning hours or in the evenings to avoid having the house too hot. It can make it a little warm but so long as I have a fan on or the A/C on 76° F it doesn't get noticeably hot. In the indoor vent kit your supposed to refill it with water as well so I have to remember to do that, when I forget I can feel the heat having more of an effect when theirs no water.

    Thank you very much for your video, I just bought the same machine, the water level is 5, the water is not completely full. The water level is just to the top of the filter. Is this the case with your washing machine water level 5?thanks!

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the level of the water at 5 is just at the top of the filter. This is because with clothes it needs space to agitate and clean the clothes while not spilling over.

      @@Peachiie_Keen Thanks a lot for your reply, got it. The normal program is 68 minutes, only the washing and spinning program, no rinsing program, the spinning took 42 minutes? Does your machine's normal program do the same?

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sofiawang485 Yes, for me as well normal only consists of one wash cycle with no rinse. That's why I personally use the standard wash for regular clothes which is 47min with 2 rinse cycles, I use this cycle for regular clothes that aren't bulky. As for bulky things like towels, jeans, and bedding. I use the heavy duty cycle since I saw in another person's video that it can create long term damage is if you don't use the heavy duty cycle for the heavier clothing items. The heavy duty cycle has 2 rinse cycles as well but lasts 52min. If you lower the water level as well the time will go down for each program. I also use the quick wash for moments like my daughter spilled something on her clothes or when she was a baby and she had a blow out. It's only 23min and has only 1 rinse cycle for fabric softener or whatever you use.

    That hot water is going to destroy that washer machine you're only suppose to use lukewarm or cold for this type of machine I have one just l like it tell you on the manufacturer's website not use boiling hot water yours pretty hot steamy young lady 😂😂but it's yours and the dryer it look like your using extensions cord hugh mistake be mindful of of the plug where they connect together they will get hot user manual also tell not to use extensions cord but to plug directly in the outlet and never use two plug of the 110 in the same outlet for instant use the washer machine on one outlet plug separately from the dryer plug trust me I had I paid atte6i wouldn't be in the middle replacing a brand new dryer I use a extensions cord cause my plug wouldn't reach the outlet they got hot where the two connected together I'm just thankful I notice it could've been bad so I'm passing this info to you for safe reasons I never use hot hor water on my washer machine never ever that plastic it will mess it up eventually those part are delicate that why they tell people not use boiling hot water or too much hot water we have the Panda washer and dryer I'm so mad cause if I knew from the paper manual not use a extreme cord I wouldn't have to replacing a fairly new good dryer that still works

      @@Peachiie_Keen It's unfortunate but the OP is correct. If you look at the outer tub of the washer where the stainless steel tub actually sits inside this tub it is completely ABS plastic with a seam. If the water you're using is hot enough to be steaming it will weaken that seam as well as warp the plastic tub itself over time. When the washer spins if you'll listen you can hear the water hitting something. That's actually the outer plastic tub that all that steaming water is hitting. This is only the outer tub though. Most of the drain pipes inside the unit itself are made of the same ABS type plastic as the outer tub. If your interested in longevity I would only use the maximum of warm water. Fifty degrees Celsius is about 120 degrees Fahrenheit iirc my conversion formula.
      I personally own your model's big brother, the PAN6360W, which is the same except it has a two lb. larger dry clothes capacity.

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It comes with an inner lint trap but it's located at the back. As well as it'll still throw out lint so I recommend an indoor venting kit if you don't have a window to point the tube out of.

    Hi can you fit sheets in your dryer like quern size and towels?

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I can fit a Cal king sheet set with 2 pillow cases in the washer. But to dry I have to split it into 2 loads.

    • @bellaapple2166
      @bellaapple2166 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Peachiie_Keen Yeah I will probably have to do the same. I also have big thick towels I wonder if they will need to go in 2 at a time. Wish I had more space to get the 3.5 it was just too big for my apartment. At least the 2.6 can fit in my closet if I need to hide it.

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bellaapple2166 I can fit about 3 to 4 standard towels. So I do think you may only have room for 2 thick towels. If your constantly going to move it in and out of a closet I would recommend one of those wheeled dollies since this model only have two tiny wheels in the back that don't do well over carpet and get stuck in between tile gaps.

    • @Peachiie_Keen
      @Peachiie_Keen  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do use a drying rack as well. And even though drying time is long it is also cause this electric dryer is about 1/4 the watts of a normal one. So it doesn't raise our electricity bill so much.

      As of August of 2023, I had to replace the washer. It began to leak, and we could not find anyone in our own area capable of fixing portable washing machines, specific to the Panda brand. I do think it was due to it being imbalanced out of the box, i probably should've exchanged it once I realized the foot adjuster didn't work. I'll have to go about making a video update soon to compare.
