What kind of church does Jesus prefer: Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Catholic, or maybe even Covenant? Or would Jesus prefer a house church to a megachurch, or prefer a church plant to an older, established church? In Revelation 2-3 Jesus speaks to seven churches, and we discover that none of these outward characteristics matter to Jesus. He is looking for deeper signs of growing faith, fervent love, and abiding hope.
