  • MISSING: Sandra Eckert is 70-years-old, with short blonde hair, green eyes, 5'7, and 130Ibs, last seen the evening of Friday 3/26/2021 with a 2005 Dark Gray Dodge Stratus, Wisconsin License plate 319 LGT, also missing from her home. #HelpFindSandy
The vehicle was last seen by Muskego police at 3 a.m. on Saturday. March 27, traveling southbound on Racine Avenue. westbound on Tans Drive. and then southbound, but Sandra's daughter does not believe it was her mother driving the car that evening.
WISN 12 asked Sandra's daughter, Kelsey, if driving off at night was unusual for Eckert.
"Absolutely. She wouldn't even drive to my house during 'rush hour' of COVID," she said. "She would not have ever taken a car in the middle of the night. That wasn’t her car, she never drove that car, she wouldn't. It's just simply not part of her character."
This documentary brings you alongside Adventures With Purpose's search, following clues as to Sandra's last known location, and the direction of travel of the vehicle in question, leading to the conclusion that Sandra may have been murdered by her husband according to Sandra's daughter.
The family is concerned for Sandra as this is unlike her and they are offering a $50,000 reward for a conviction if you have any information to solve the mysterious disappearance of Sandra Eckert.

The husband saying he doesn't care to see her again...that's nuts! I don't know any person married to someone for years and don't care they are missing would make me suspicious of them. Big Ridge Homestead the biggest cause of depression and anxiety are dehydration, low Vitamin-D and Vitamin-B. Take Vitamin-B Complex with lunch and drink at least 2 quarts of water everyday. Exercise 4 days a weeks for 30 minutes and find a good church family. Go to bed at the same time and turn down lights one hour before bed and open blinds or turn on lights when awaking. Bless you.

As a former resident of Franklin, WI, know that there are hundreds of small ponds, retention areas, and run off sites all across the area. There are two that will not show up on any map that are part of a condo complex less than five miles from Eckert's home. One is over 25 feet deep and could easily hide a car. As a matter of fact, that pond is less than two blocks from the Franklin Police Department. There are quarries and other made made craters full of water all over Franklin, around Muskego, Union Grove, and in the areas south of Franklin. A lot of them do not appear on Google Maps or other resources. Many are on private property and many are within a few feet of a road. Like I said, I am a former resident of Franklin, having lived in the area for over ten years. Good luck on your search.

I'm not knocking these guys at all for their efforts, but a simple phone call to the local DNR warden would have saved them a bunch of time. They would have immediately learned that all of the lakes they drove to were far too shallow at the launches to hide a car (especially with last year's drought). Hopefully they learned from this and had better success with the rest of their searches.

@@warrior4ever731 Muskego, WI is very rural. The area she was is skirts a lake. If she came up at a stop at a T intetsection, turnef, and the cop was out on normal patrol, it might be three miles before another turn off that road were to happen and then that tirn might loop aroumd back onto the road she was on. Again, there are a lot of farm land, small bodies of water in the area, and it is very rural.

@@MrVandalizer79 that's a storage lot with a small garage that I work at when I'm in the Milwaukee area. I don't own it like Kelsey told the dive team. The day Kelsey talked about I actually met 2 Franklin detectives there to answer questions they had for me. I also voluntarily let them look around the small property and inside ALL the storage sheds and vehicles. A few weeks later it was searched again by WI DOJ via a court issued warrant, including cadaver/search dogs. I have a copy of that warrant and the list of the 2 insignificant items they took as evidence. Also, the "Root River" is in Whitnal Park several miles away. A small shallow storm drainage creek in next to the lot and eventually leads to the Root River. The creek is so shallow my dog frequently crosses and goes into the neighbor's yard when we're there. Wes Sr & Wes Jr were both at that lot with me for a while that day too. Kelsey just spreads disinformation to keep the media distracted from what's really going on. I agree with the daughter. The officer who followed the vehicle can only verify they saw the vehicle. He/she didn’t have probable cause to initiate a traffic stop. So who knows who was actually driving the car at 3am. Regardless of having a disagreement the husband was married to this lady for 40 years. They had children & grandchildren together. His demeanor & comments are disturbing. Unfortunately that isn’t enough to detain him. I have no doubt law enforcement has/is watching him closely. When things don’t add up there is a reason. For families sake I hope they are able to find their Mom/Grandma. ♥️

Exactly. He is not concerned about her or his children he had with his wife. Very very suspect. If I was a detective in this case, I would get a court order to check both dad and stepbrother property with cadaver dogs. I think he destroyed and scraped her car and buried her somewhere on their properties. Or in the swamp on their dad's property. Sounds like the dad is deceiving

He's most likely pissed 😡 off about leaving him in this situation. If she had cash on her she would not have had to use her cards for quite some time. Unfortunately the police officer I believe saw her actually driving the car, or seen it was an elder lady, but didn't have probable cause to pull her over. Unless you've been married for this long and have lost along the way, you have no idea how you would act or react. I think the daughter is sketchy immediately blaming the Dad because she does not have a relationship with him. If the police department believed in any way he was at his other son's property all the next day then they would have already thoroughly investigated that scene, land and water. The daughter is who is sketchy in her comments and how willing she was to claim she flew drones, to much crime TV or knows how to cover up a crime, or thinks she does.

Be sure to check the weather for these recent ones. Late March on those lakes there could be significant drivable ice along those shores especially in still water. A car could easily be quarter mile from shore from the shallow ramps. Lots of people drive on them so tire tracks would not be reported as unusual and if ice breaks up or it snows right after nobody would know a car went 100's of feet out.

Unfortunately people do. My dads neighbours are in their 60s and are an amazing couple. They have 2 children, a man and woman in their 30s. The son went out one weekend and went missing, no words or reason and no hint he would go anywhere. He was reported missing and for years it was a missing person case, until the son made contact with someone to tell them to stop looking for him. He has been spotted by people he knew a handful of times over the years and has always refused to talk to any of them and has made a life with kids of his own but still to this day has never come home and the parents you can see they are so sad and confused but they have accepted he doesnt want to come home, they jsut wish they could hear from him but for whatever reason, he doesnt want to talk to anybody in the family or area or anyone who used to know him, even though he seems to have made a decent life for himself.

If you're watching this and you think your older loved one or friend is not driving as well as they used to call their doctor or dmv. You can do so anonymously and let them know. most health insurance companies will pay to have someone do their shopping and their errands. there's no reason to risk their lives and other lives on the road just because they want to drive or you don't want to speak up. I've been an in home health aide for 6 years most of the time the elderly and disabled are driving well past when they should have stopped driving. please don't put your loved one in danger or others that are sharing the road with them. It's not just age that can hinder somebody's driving ability health issues can as well. So please take an hour out of your life and sit in the passenger seat if you're scared of thair driving in any way please talk with them calmly, ask if they've had any accidents or almost had an accident driving ask if they've ever got turned around or forgot where they were going ask if they can see not just during the day but at night as well if they completely stop driving at night this is a sign that they're driving skills are worsening. get involved.

Jared, just be very careful with voice recording people without telling them you’re mic’d first. There are a lot of 2 party consent states and even though you asked at the end to use their recording, just the act of having the recording without prior consent is enough for a quick lawsuit. Especially in situations like these, when emotions are already heightened.

Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2511) requires one-party consent, which means you can record a phone call or conversation so long as you are a party to the conversation. If you are not a party to the conversation, you can record a conversation or phone call only if at least one party consents and has full knowledge that the communication will be recorded. The statute also prohibits recording conversations with criminal or tortious intent.

    • @Steamrunner

@@btqy State laws can be stricter than federal law. Washington State for example makes it a crime to intercept or record a private telephone call, in-person conversation, or electronic communication unless all parties to the communication consent. Although, in 2017, the WA Supreme Court did rule that recording audio evidence of a crime in progress does not violate the two-party consent law (after an appeals court overturned an attempted murder conviction based on part of the crime being recorded). In some states, people have been charged with felonies for recording a conversion without permission under wiretapping laws.

This! This is exactly what I am thinking. But I think also there's some dirty cop situation happening. Why would a cop follow someone so long, even taking the same turns and not see who's driving or what?
Here's my theory.... Husband killed her. Told his son. Son helped out and when the car was "spotted" by the police, that police probably followed to say "yeah, she may be over here because I seen her car". There's a huge gap in what the media has allowed you to hear. Sandy is an abusive, controlling, and psychotic wife. This's all a fabricated fake disappearance. As soon as Wes gets all of his inheritance money from both his parents and his aunt Evelyn and puts them into some type of account that is considered "marital", Sandy will return. Either to divorce him and take half, or worse, take him out and take it all + a large insurance policy She has out on Wes. It's all a scam and I believe Kelsey's involved. Look at the control She has. Access to Danielle's house cameras, access to my Snapchat, not to mention access to various empty real estate properties She could be stashing Sandy in while things cool off. That car is safe & sound hidden in a garage somewhere, not crushed in my junkyard that's been searched twice by Oneida County Sherriff's deputies, with my permission voluntarily I'll add. This is so damn fake.

I'm a local I don't know if you've been to Racine quary ever. But if not it might be a good place to pull up cars or just check for missing persons overall? The reason I say this is funny enough my dad used to do some small-time diving before he passed recently back in his younger days. I think he's Dove on Racine Cory before in this lifetime one of the two things I can tell you about it is from his opinion for one the water is very dark and murky it's hard to see in and for two if I'm not correct either from him or one of his diving buddies from the past (which I don't even know how to get in contact with) rumor has it is that there is a bunch of cars in that water. No I'm not saying they're exactly missing persons but there could be anything from stolen cars or cars have just been pushed in by dumb kids or stuff along that matter. A lot of them might even be really really old so there's a good chance that if you haven't ever went on a dive there that it might be a good place to check in future for any sort of missing persons or just to drag up some of those vehicles that have sat there for God knows how long if they're still even down there and somebody hasn't beaten you to it.
But yeah Racine Cory is definitely a place to check out as a possibility maybe ask some of the local divers first though but I know that the water is very thick and muddy my father almost drowned in it I think once so be careful! That's all the warning I'm can give. I was pretty much a baby if not nonexistent at the time of his diving days

If your talking about the quarry off of Northwestern in Racine then you are correct that TONS of cars have been driven into or dumped into that water over the years. I use to cliff dive there a lot when I was younger and that water is dark, deep, and scary BUT I did hear that a sweep was done and the water was cleaned of all the junk that has been thrown in there over the years. I’m not 100% sure if that’s true but many of the residents there have heard the same thing as I.

Thank you all for doing what you do. You are all so respectful, kind, caring and sharp. I grew up with my friend who went missing, it broke my heart and shattered all of our worlds. Her name is Evette Howard. She was brutally murdered by her boyfriend and stuffed in her own car on the floor wrapped in a blanket and left to rot. Thankfully he was caught, put in prison for life. I miss her so very much and Evette was such a beautiful person inside and out. Her monster boyfriend robbed all of us forever and the pain never goes away. I have thought about going to the prison where he is and tell him exactly what he did to all of us and had no right to murder Evette. So thank you so very much for what you all do. I would imagine it is rewarding yet very emotional to do your hard work. Yet what a beautiful thing you all are doing to help loved ones know where their loved ones are. I know how horrible it was to wait so long to get my friends boyfriend caught and locked up. He raped her and did horrible things to her before he murdered her. • @johneckert1365

That's all inaccurate bs. Franklin PD along with WI Department of Justice executed a search warrant at the property on Rawson Ave the same day they searched our Father's home. They used search dogs during both searches. The Root River is several miles away from that storage lot. There's a shallow drainage creek running adjacent to the property that is 100% accessible to the public by walking down the embankment on where the bridge passes over it. There's also a traffic. Camera on the traffic lights at the intersection, that camera points directly at the only entrance to the property. I'm assuming FPD has gone over that footage. I should mention, the day Kelsey thinks is suspicious for me to be working at the Rawson property, both Wes Sr and Wes Jr were there with me for a while that morning. Jr only once, Sr twice. Police drove by and monitored me all day long as well. I also don't own that property, that's just more of Kelsey's fake news. I caught her there this past summer taking pictured and possibly planting evidence. I have pics of her parked in front of the property next to my car with open windows, as we'll as her driving away flipping me off.. Wes Sr also doesn't own a junkyard, I do, in Eagle River WI. I do not have a crusher. My junkyard was searched twice by Oneida County Sherriff's deputies on the Monday & Tuesday following Easter 2021. I'm assuming Sandy and her car weren't there.. I immediately halted hauling cars to the shredder when I learned of Sandy's "disappearance" so that nobody could accuse me of disposing of Sandy or her car. Yes, HER car. Kelsey should look up DMV records, the 2005 has always been registered to Sandra Eckert. Normally Sandy drives the red Jeep that's registered in both thier names, but at times she drives the "spare car". That's why she bought it, as a spare car. It should be noted that Sandy's very familiar with those wonky backroads in Muskego. For 7 years every Sunday she took those very backroads to bring me home to Tichigan Lake. Usually Danielle rode with us. Seems Danielle has conveniently forgotten that or failed to mention that. Nothing is as it seems with this case. Wes & Sandy have a horribly abusive marriage, but not the way most would assume. Sandy is the abuser, the controller, the BOSS. If any of my siblings deny that they are flat out lying. Wes Sr gets criticized for not calling cops sooner, but he couldn't. Sandy has his phone, still has that phone to this day. Wes is also not allowed to use the landline without Sandy's permission. How was he supposed to call? Sunday he finally broke his phone restrictions and called Danielle to see if Sandy was there. Turns out Sandy was supposed to babysit Saturday for Kelsey and/or Sunday for Danielle but never showed up or answered her phone. Why didn't they call Dad or cops? Both girls waited for Dad to be the first one to make a call, then immediately called police, as if they were waiting for someone else to notice first, as if this was planned. I believe this is a planned scam. Sounds crazy, but our family is crazy. Matter of fact FPD wouldn't even take the case seriously at first due to all of Danielle's previous crazy antics involving police and multiple men in her life. I don't blame anyone for having suspicion towards my Dad or me, it makes sense, there's some motive there, but neither of us has anything to do with what's going on. The truth WILL come out, and alot of apologies will be warranted........

@@ChaiLatte13 You got that right. Sandy has been waiting decades to collect my grandparents inheritance, along with my great aunt Evelyn's inheritance. She once even said to Wes Sr, speaking of my Grama Joan after Grampa Buck died, "I haven't been putting up with that Crazy Old Bitch for all these years for you to fuck up my inheritance now" To be fair I wasn't there to hear that convo in person, but it was verified when my sister Danielle referred to our Grama as "Crazy Old Bitch" while on vacation Conover WI up north near where I live. Wes Sr even asked for a divorce several times, last time offering Sandy more than 50% to walk away and allow him to live the rest of his life without daily abuse. She laughed at him and said "No I'm getting it all". I believe "it all" also includes the large (4X the size of hers) life insurance policy she has out on Wes Sr.Sandy can be a nice caring loving person on the outside, qualities I've loved about her since we met when I was around 2 or 3, so young I don't even remember. BUT, on the inside, at times, Sandy is a jealous, insecure, greedy, selfish monster. Whatever's going on here is sinister, and she's in complete control of it. I worry about my Dad's safety on a daily basis, so does the rest of our family. Non-Leavitt family that is.
