Let’s gooo, big lifts🔥
Bruh ain’t no way that’s acc him
:O
You should be so proud. You didn’t have to get fat either. You remain slim/lean and athletic throughout without the necessary extreme bulking. Impressive and inspiring. Others need to set their standards a little higher and stop making excuses for why they can’t achieve their goals. I’m one of them.
Respect.
Dude im 17 and my current squat pr is 315 this is insanely inspirational man. How is it even possible that you increased it that much so fast??? Thats crazyyy congrats
Damn this is a hidden gem that Chris bumstead somehow found. What’s ur lifts lookin like now?
Haha thanks. My squat is at 545. Bench transformation video dropping soon if I find enough clips.
I played hockey at your age & repped 315 first time.
Cool to see someone pushing themselves. Mobility in the hips helps.
Great job. I hope you still train and are healthy.
Deadly job man, dam sweet
820 views??? And Chris Bumstead commented lol wut
500 CLEAN
Cool it would be interesting to know the details of your routine.
Also ... are you natural ?
Hey brother do you remember what you did for your warm up sets on the 500 PR day?
nice video bro!
Sumodeadlifter thank you
Respect.
This seems a little too much 185lbs in 1 year??? this is by far the best transformation I’ve seen,
do you claim natural? Either way impressive
All natural.
Before this transformation I was still training consistently but following a more hypertrophy split and always neglected squatting, and legs in general. My first squat max was 315 which I think is impressive since I haven’t really squatted before that. During my transformation I was focusing on strength, was in a surplus and put on weight.
@@edward6510 ah ok I’ll take your word for it your a phenom good stuff man 👍
@@J3-2344 yes, it's not like he can lie about his natty status lmao .... he's not not natty and the fact he lies about it makes him a sh*tty person
Nobody uses steroids.
2:52 lmao is that Samsung Notes you're tracking in? I do the same thing, it's weird to see somebody else doing it
You’re a beast
What program were you running
Sets and rep scheme ?
I ran my own program during this transformation. 2 leg days a week. 1 heavy day (3-4x4 usually) and a different squat variation on second leg day based on squat weakness. For me at that time the hole was the hardest part. 3-5 second pauses helped a lot.
Right now my lockout is weak so I’ve been doing more quad focused accessories which is helping.
Dope
Yuuuge
What did you do?
Ya ya great lifts. Is your profile pic taken indian head?
Your form look lot like mine but i accidentaly go ass to grass on every rep... Any tips on that?
Nothing wrong if you can squat deep with good form and no butt wink.
@@edward6510 i get butt wink on the hole and i think thats limits my strenght on the way up
cut your depth if you are competing for energy conservation purposes. if you are not competing its actually healthier on the knees to go ass to grass however youll be able to move less weight so its a trade off just record yourself trying different depths
Sick man! What was your weight in this transformation?
Around 200 pounds when I squated 315 and 220 when I hit 500.
Did you do any accessories after squats?
I would incorporate pause squats and tempo squats.
Great, I am around 150kgs right now two months after I started squatting again (100kgs 2 months ago)

@@kadencarr1914 Back then I only squatted around my 90% for 2 reps then next session I do 3 reps for 3 sets and the week after I increase the weight. Strength came very easy, I remember I went from 125 to 145 in less than three weeks. Just accept that the weight will feel heavy sometimes and you still have to do it
Nice, what programs if any did you run?
I ran my own program during this transformation. 2 leg days a week. 1 heavy day (3-4x4 usually) and a different squat variation on second leg day based on squat weakness. For me at that time the hole was the hardest part. 3-5 second pauses helped a lot.
I saw u at UXL before
dang
Great progress but goddamn is this music overusedd
Send me some good non copyright music for my next progress video
What program did you use bro
Made my own, nothing special. I just made sure my progress was consistent and worked on my sticking point which was a weak lock out.
