During those 2 months I was eating in a big surplus and gained 6 pounds. I was squatting twice a week. Doing back squats 5x3 and front squats 5x3 with an extra set with 20-25% lighter weight. I forced my self to progressively overload and ended up replacing front squats with back squats and did heavy static holds towards the end. Rest times would be up to 2 minutes between sets and I had a mini deload the last week.
