      @@kiyoponnn Everyone using proper form. This way you create longer moment arm so you can use less weight and get the same stimulus + you dont need to Pull it higher to your back rack position and it dont become limiting factor. Lastly, you stregnthen your neck extensors. You're welcome.

    • @kiyoponnn
      @kiyoponnn 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@francik4225 I highly doubt that. Your lower back handle far more weight than your neck can so it seems counterproductive to not position the weight on the upper back. You're wrong.

      when this guy reaches 30yo he will have severe health issues due to these extremely hard training. He wouldnt be able to walk again, (or run). Will have severe spine problems, etc. All of that because he abused his body so much it will start to auto-implode. (i'm using he as an example, but this happens to all athletes that go beyond his bodies' limits)

      haha…Maybe there was a version saying Chinese females discriminate Chinese males the most. But I think that was because in the past China was not so confident and a few females thought foreign males were so good. But recently with a broader vision and the right thinking of ourselves, (especially there was some news that Chinese females who married foreign males got killed), we think it is not the nationlity but the personality. And recently the different reactions to fighting COVID-19, we really think many foreign people are so selfish and arrogant indeed. But the real reason must be that China is more confident than before so Chinese females don't need to fall in love with foreign males to show how superior they are.

      Chinese men are just NOT good at expressing themselves. However, their actions speak much louder than words
      I really respect Chinese males since they are not only demonized by western media but also disrespected and discriminated by many Chinese females. However, they always create miracles such as Lu Xiaojun, Wang Shun and Su Bingtian

    • @CPhase2
      @CPhase2 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Warming up is part of training. Training, in this case, is towards a goal. It's semantics, but let me try to explain my verbiage. When you do squats, you typically do 1-3 warmup sets of squats before the main sets of squats. In this video, He's not simply doing a couple warmup sets in preparation for the heavy squat. He's doing a variety of exercises/motions in preparation for the squat competition (similar to how bodybuilders do a variety of exercises in preparation for the Mr. Olympia). The exercises prior to the competition are generally regarded as "training." The 1-3 sets prior to the main sets are typically regarded as "warmups." Granted; most of the moves he is doing are "squat-type" motions. But he was also stretching, doing good mornings, crunches, removing, dropping, picking up, and re-racking the empty bar, etc. - strengthening his legs and core in preparation. Things most of us do not do when "warming up" to do squats. THOSE are what I was referring to. That said, I do realize that he also did perform warmup sets.
