120kg Military Press 4 sets x 10 reps Week 2

  • This week sees the rep ranges still high at around the 10 rep mark with 4 working sets being the aim and attempting to keep about 1-3 Reps In Reserve at the completion of each set
    I am not looking to push each set to failure point at this stage so the idea is to build up my strength base for now and hopefully not push my joints and connective tissue too hard with the result being some injury free training (hopefully)
    The heavy sets to failure will come down the track
    Week 2 done and dusted

    How many reps can you do with 315 (140kg)

      Not sure i havent worked up to that since getting back into training but id say 15 to 20 wouldn't be too big a stretch
