My great grandfathers were officers in the Revolutionary War and the Civil War. Like Johnny, I too am a singer/songwriter. You may disrespect the flag with words. But if you throw it onto the ground and light it on fire or do what ever else to it. Then, may God have mercy on your soul. Because, if you do so. You gonna have, every man, woman and child who loves it with every piece of their heart and soul, coming for you. That's why, if you mess with it then you have a whole damn country of proud and blessed Americans protecting it like hell.

Most beautiful! Where are the patriots today that can freely recite such pride and respect for our flag? Silenced, I'm afraid, by a minority of fools that have been given strength to intimidate. God bless our USA, and may our flag in triumph wave in highest honor of our great nation, land of the free because of our brave.

I've always liked Johnny Cash and his words of wisdom about our great United States. This is just John dispensing some of that wisdom at it's finest! It's difficult to find true patriots these days. As a fellow serviceman I can tell you I've witnessed comrades and friends in my own platoon blown up and die right before me. I know what sacrifices were made by men and women to preserve our freedoms and I proudly fly that flag in front of my home knowing what it means. You only "kneel" before Jesus but you proudly STAND as a true patriotic American for the flag! God bless Johnny Cash and above all God bless the USA!

I can't "like" this video ENOUGH, one of my all-time favorite flicks, you can see the passion for our country in his face and he's probably explained this a thousand times prior. As long as we all remain to have that passion we will remain United! 💝🇺🇸🌎

As for myself, the Armed Forces and veterans far and wide, we are already witnesses to the genocide by Hitler as Congressional decree signed into law by BOTH Obama and Trump continues to DENY veterans access to adequate medical care or proper medications for injuries and diseases as a result of our set to this once great nation.
