    Starting at 18 weeks after two months of high risk of miscarriage. Just got cleared from my doctor a week ago. Thank you for doing this for all pregnant women FOR FREE. God bless you!

    Not Pregnant yet, getting ready to go through my third Pregnancy and last though, so this is definitely helpful in getting my body ready and strengthening! Thank you so much I feel great! I will definitely be adding this to my other 2 workouts I do in the morning!

    What’s awesome about this, I remember during my last pregnancy, this exercise was HARD, but this pregnancy I started Ashley’s prenatal program much earlier and breezed through the workout! I feel so much stronger during this pregnancy! I’m praisin Jesus that Ashley put together this program. It probably took her years to compile all the videos and instructions for the program, and it’s FREE?! Thank You Jesus for my sister in Christ lovin on her community around her so sincerely

    I just did this one. 22 weeks pregnant and round ligament pain decided to butt in at the last round. I finished very slowly but finished .. I was trying to follow regular workout with "modifications" let me tell you!! I was exhausted at the end of the day, my body was telling me NO girl , follow GlowbodyPT lol . thanks for the amazing workouts.

    Ashley! Girl! Thank you sooooo much. I was lounging all day and felt like crap. I slipped up and ate more than usual starches today and it made me feel crapy! YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT RIGHT! lol. I plan to do better. Thank you again for the workout

    In my second trimester and this is one of my favorite workouts. I'm 36 and my pregnancy is considered high risk and I was just cleared to workout not long ago. Really thankful for this video and your nutritional videos as well!

    LOVE. I’m 25 weeks and I’ve been doing the free workouts. That calendar is incredibly convenient. This cardio work out is AWESOME. As you’ll say in the video to use the comments for suggestions MORE CARDIO! Mainly since it’s REALLY hot outside right now for those cardio days. And I’ve tried other videos- yours are the best. I’ll def be getting the post plan ✊🏼 Also I asked a question on insta and you got back to me and were helpful, so thanks.

    Thanks you so much Ashley for posting this workout! I'm one of those women that gain a lot of weight really fast in the pregnancy, so having a workout routine that truly works was very important for me and my health. I discovered you when I was 4 months along and started your workout routine asap! It has truly helped me maintain my wt, bp and blood sugar. On my delivery date in Aug 2020 I met my pregnancy wt goal that my ob had set for me. I'm 2 months post partum and have started working out with this exact video again to help kick start a more vigorous workout routine thats upcoming in the next few months. One thing that I enjoy about this workout post partum is that their isn't a lot of jumping and im able to do the routine without feeling the heaviness of my breast since I'm breastfeeding.     Great workout! I feel tired but so refreshed. It's nice to find a workout that's safe for 32 weeks but also strenuous enough to feel like I'm really working out rather than just doing some toe taps and cautious stretching. Thank you!

    25 weeks pregnant, during my first trimester I had no issues with this workout. Today I am struggling to keep up! Dripping sweat, and giving myself some grace because its Monday and this was tough today :D. Love all your workouts!!

    Loved this - exactly what I needed! The only thing I was left wanting was some stretches for afterwards and knowing how many times per day or week you'd recommend repeating it, along with any other of your localized body part workouts - currently in second trimester.

    Just started this at week 17 in my second pregnancy. In my first i had so many issues that working out became impossible (i used to go to the gym every day) and i ended up with awful PGP, inflamed hips and could barely walk by the end. i tried pilates classes which were basically just lying down breathing with the odd downward dog. Determined to do everything i can this time to stay healthy before those problems start again (or maybe they wont!). Your plan and these videos are GREAT, its so nice to feel challenged but in a safe way! Thank you so much.

    Fantastic! One of the best cardio workouts I've tried. It's amazing that this is 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester safe. I've had some pent-up anger this past week from a recent conflict, so the punches were extra relieving! :) The upbeat music added to this workout is great, too

    I love the challenge of this cardio workout. So many prenatal workouts are just deep breathing and stretching, and a total snooze, and no challenge at all. Thank you. Do you have any ab exercises you could recommend? I was doing a regular Pilates exercise workout that was very challenging, but my midwife said to watch which movements I do so that my abs don’t separate. You seem to be in very good shape, so I know you’re still working it. I am 26 1/2 weeks currently, and have done a really good job of not letting my belly get too big, and I want to keep on that path.

    I think I might be pregnant with my second child. I’m not sure yet but either way I think I will use your workouts. I don’t want to gain the same weight I gained with my first.     Enjoyed the workout and all signed up to the program. I did want to point out that gestational diabetes can still happen if you're fit and healthy like me, but working out really helps me with my sugar levels :)

    Hey! ITs me again:) I just started your workouts and I have the schedule downloaded already . So I am now 17 weeks pregnant and when I did your first video a few days ago it was the older one and i loved it so much you said to start on the download . SO i was 16 weeks then And I missed the rest of your schedule week and I felt the burn from the thigh workout for days from the one video lol. WEll I am now 17 weeks and 1 day but this video above is the first video of the 17th week and I am going to follow it! even though I am starting so late on the schedule will I still get results?

    Been loving your prenatal arm workouts and just tried out this cardio workout! Did NOT feel like moving today at all but this did just the trick! I did have to modify a couple of moves because my balance is pretty horrible right now (26 weeks currently) but I’m still covered and sweat 😅

    This cardio workout was amazing Ashley!!! It was the perfect amount of challenging while still being pregnancy safe! Thank you SO much these videos! And thank you for being an inspiration to beauty, strength and health! :)
    I also have a question: in the first few weeks of pregnancy, even when you only suspect your pregnant, do you still exercise as normal, or do you do pregnancy safe exercises? I'm asking because I'm at the point where I suspect, and hope, I'm pregnant but am not sure yet. Thank you for your time and attention! God bless you and your family!

    Hi! I’m 15 weeks pregnant and starting your program as it’s the only one I’ve found with week by week challenges. Love what I see , but I’ve already started to lose my butt muscle and looking to grow my booty. can I continue to do my booty exercises along with this program or should I change out a day to focus on that. Again I want to continue growing my booty 😬 thanks!!

    When should I start “pregnancy “ workouts. Im 3 weeks pregnant with no belly I still feel normal so can I stay with my regular type of workouts or need to switch?

      Congratulations on just finding out you're pregnant! It's best to stay in your norm 1st trimester. Don't stop exercising if you're used to it and feel well enough to continue. Don't do something crazy like run a half marathon if you were not running that distance pre-pregnancy.     I absolutely love your workouts; I’d been following your calendar from starting at 16 weeks until 20, and then we had a big move to a new house and a long vacation out of state... so needless to say... now I haven’t worked out (like at all) since around my 20th week. Do you think I’m good to just jump back in now on week 25, or is there anything I should be particularly mindful/cautious about? And thanks again!! You’re amazing!

    I am 8 weeks pregnant with my first, but I was not very athletic before becoming pregnant. I really want to do these workouts, but I am worried about my form, especially when I do the kicks. My balance is terrible and I don't have much endurance. Any advice?

    I’m just confused little bit, this is my first pregnancy and before pregnancy i was really too active. Now i train with training gummibandes, just upper body and lower body, not abs. I feel like i need more but i’m afraid. I watched your video first and read all comments 😀 i think it will be good for me too, but i have a question, for 3 months pregnant is this workout OK?

    Hey Ashley, just FYI, i meant to post this last time I did this, but pregnant women shouldn't drink Mother's Milk tea or anything containing fenugreek bc its actually contraindicated during pregnancy #LCHat. sorry, just wanted to share that, you know I love your stuff and am so grateful for all you do!! (a good alternate is Red Raspberry Leaf Tea which is a uterine tonic thats healthy for women at all points in the reproductive years! lol) (and i apologize if someone actually already said this i didn't scroll comments!)
