really good, a resource to use when finding myself in difficult emotional space and promoting healing, rather then risking getting stuck in overwhelm and feeling a victim. Thank you!

this was very good and soothing tanner. appreicate you sharing this. are the movements that you guide specific to releasing sadness or are they just designed to be a calming soothing practice not specific to sadness. thank you

Tanner thanks for this video! Do you ever make one for insecurity, no self esteem, chronic anxiety ❤😂

Tanner, if one is on SSRI like lexapro, does that hinder the healing process when following these techniques? Thanks.

I am unable to comment specifically on the medication, as I'm not a physician. Generally I have not seen SSRIs negatively affect treatment therapeutically. It is vital to consult with a doctor on this though!

Hi! How can we access the course for free as you said? That would be helpful, I can’t afford it right now 😢

Unfortunately there is no free access to the course. Currently there is a 20% discount on.

It is important to modify the moves to fit your body. Also vital to consult with a doctor before engaging in any movement.

I started this laying down and progressed to sitting. When you said about going to the sad place, I went back to holding my husband’s hand for 2 days before he died. I have been sick, chronic dizziness and nauseous for a year and a half. This helped me feel and track how my brain took my body to places of shutdown and disability. Im thinking this might help. Thank you Tanner.
