Evo to Unemployment is a fun combo!! Oddly enough I actually rode it on Sarah’s model 153 :) - I felt like I was riding trails that Kona designed it for!
The best trails are always the new ones you explore. Keep the travelling coming. Hopfully after the show stopper you guys can explore north of the border. Sadly I ran over a snake two weeks ago. Didnt see him till it was far to late stopped right on him. RIP little buddy.
Ahh yes Silver Mountain, where their "flow" trails would be tech trails in another park, and some of the braking bumps might as well be named features haha. Definitely the strangest bike park I've ever seen, and got to ride last year.
One of my buddies moved to Bellingham and he’s been trying to get me to come ride up there. This video is making me want that to happen sooner rather than later.
Galbraith is rad! Don't get up to the Ham as much as I'd like but I never go there without my bike! SST, pumptrack, mowhawk, dadbod, cougar ridge ect....
Good stuff, thanks for sharing! I still have not hit Galbraith (or any Bellingham trails) and I feel pretty bad about it since it is only like 2 hours away. Hopefully soon.
Ok, my favorite trail on Galby is evolution, but you rode that. I’d suggest doing SST, and also in the chuckanuts is double black double down. I’d suggest thaf
Heyy. I build trails up there in galbraith. Next t8me u should hit the trails on orcas island. The trail Im working on rn is 911 its by the end of mullet. Working on irt with old man Watters
Before swapping forks I added 4 tokens to the fork which helped immensely and I've bumped the rear up from a 0.4 to 0.6 spacer. 0.8 might not hurt to try.
Shoot, If I knew you were in town I would have given you the grand tour or at least towed you in on U-line. Galbraith is the best area if you are riding with mixed level riders since everything has ride arounds or can safely be rolled. If you want spicier Bellingham trails check out the Chuckant Mountains system or the Northside of Lake Whatcom (Brown Pow).
The definition of Blown Out Trails differ greatly from the West and East sides of the state. The West side looks dry but it still seems like good hardpack for the most part. Meanwhile the East side has been dirt surfing on dry and loose moon dust since end of May.
yeah i like evo and u line. ... but also meth lab! when i first went to galbraith i did meth lab about 4 times in a row until i felt pretty good to move up.
SST and evo are probably my favorite Galbraith trails, love the progression jump lines on cedar dust too. Helped me so much.
It's cool to see lower atomic before the clear cut, the step up was probably spicier with the tree right next to it.

Evo and U-line are truly magical. Glad you enjoyed Galbraith.
Riding some of my favorites trails at my home mountain 🙃

Welcome to Bellingham. Now make sure you don't tell anyone. It's a secret.
Cool
That looks amazing.
makes me miss home good vid
We really need a public bike park in northern Idaho
Agreed!
You two are too cute riding together. My usually just flips me off when she follows me down a trail she doesn't like LOL
We are deep in the mountains hauling a 6x12 Uhaul trailer
Yay 🎉

Hopefully making it over there in a couple weeks! Great video as always!
Do it! Well worth the drive!
You should go to little mountain in mount Vernon, Washington state
I appreciate that you almost crashed to avoid the snake. Keep the wildlife safe 👍🏻
very nice
Hey bro, those trails look sic! Might have to go check them 'em out!
So cool you made sure to miss the snake. Snakes are our friends.
Cool video keep it up!

We had planned on riding orcas when we went but didn't realize they're closed during the summer 😭

Nice video! Did you add any tokens to front or rear suspension. Is bike a large. I ordered one and I weigh around 210 lbs 6' tall

This is in my backyard! No way you rode here. I love galbraith!
I'm definitely heading back!
How does a full face feel with glases?
Nerdy

I'll be back for sure. Will have to bring the big bike and find the chunky steeper stuff!

Oh yeah, these trails were prime compared to home lol
as a seattlite, yes, we are very blessed with good dirt year round.
What handlebar is on her bike? Looks rad!!! I need one.
Chromag! Not sure if they make that colorway anymore though...
Dam puns.
You riding tubed or tubeless on the siskiu ?
Tubeless 100%
What bike is that?
Polygon Siskiu T8 🤘🍇
@@TheShredist would you recommend it?
Definitely, just as comfortable riding it as any of the bigger travel bikes I've been on.
