OMG not only is Austin an absolute shredder he’s quite talented with a digger He must be so proud that people get so much fun out of his hard work what a legend
Austin is Brett reedher builder at Red Bull Rampage! He build with an other guy the line for his 2022 win! th-cam.com/video/EZVy-Wrncyg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=A3aWP_9mn04cziW_&t=169
wow amazing trail building, awesome to see when a bike park recognizes builder talent and gives them the freedom to build really cool stuff. Smart business decision too as it will attract riders to visit.
What a great trail ! At 1st it was all flowing jumps , but last 2 sections seemed like you guys had work it , constantly twisting and turning , great video , tks
First was godzilla then it was the blue trail, octopus, which is super fun!! Not finish yet but should be in 3 weeks! Can't wait to do it top to bottom!!!
Chatted up Austin about a month ago when I was lapping Godzilla with my kids. We was working up there. Super cool and I figured he could ride, but I had no idea. Great Video, but it still doesn’t do justice to the size of the features on the last section. Took us two days to conjure the nerve to clear all of them. But I have to admit the final jump continues to force me to pull the brakes and roll😢
Amazing trail and sick riding! Can someone explain to me why Bmxers and Dirtjumpers usually have their hands much further inside on the handlebars than "normal" riders ?
Holy shit that river trail could have been so slippery but you just flew though it wow 😅,hey where can you get the hoody you have at the intro thanks ?
Great! And spectacular! Hope you can visit South Korean trails. The country is one of the most advanced nations in Asia in the fields of IT technology, health care, music, movie, drama, cuisine, etc., but not much in MTB. Your visit will be great contribution to the development of the country’s MTB culture. Chao!
Amazing riding. I’m just curious can you do this type of riding with a Rocky mountain altitude or specialized Enduro, which are both trail bikes or do you actually need a specific downhill bike for this type of riding?
i ve ride their all week end and thusday was at massif yesturday i mist you but at massif i ve ride with the mtb school manager he told me he was ask to ride with you but say he was to slow to guide you. i ve done legend that slab wow my first big one godzilla and ze nelson big up mon cousin europeen devenu canadien :)
I don't call that mountain biking since your not pedaling at all, and all there are is smooth dirt and your just constantly jumping in the air! Mountain biking is about pedaling and rolling over rocks and going uphill!
He simply haven't shown the parts where he was climbing. There are no chairlifts in this trail system. You have to climb by yourself... And then anything that goes up must come down. Or maybe you're riding up mountains and then hike down?
It's a cooperative. They own a small hotel, a restaurant and many small homes around the trails that you can rent They also rent equipment for different type of activities (mtn bikes, fat bikes in winter, skis, kayaks, and so on) and probably also get some subsidies from the government and from the town nearby

Yes VBN are quite lucky to have a builder of that level working on projects! Austin has been digging for Brett Rheeder at the Rampage for a few years!

wow amazing trail building, awesome to see when a bike park recognizes builder talent and gives them the freedom to build really cool stuff. Smart business decision too as it will attract riders to visit.

The great thing about a dual slalom is you have to ride that trail at least twice. 👍
Chatted up Austin about a month ago when I was lapping Godzilla with my kids. We was working up there. Super cool and I figured he could ride, but I had no idea.
