Oh I would feel very comfortable in this room. Blue is my favorite color and I have several rooms decorated in blue. I love the Victorian look as well as the English Cottage look so this suits me just fine. I too have a couple of black towel trays hanging on my blue bedroom walls!!

Cream shades would look better on your lamps; the blue next to the glass below just doesn’t feet it.
