    I'd be interested if North and Tigers can make a deal, maybe 6 and 10 or 11. The majority of top 5 or even top 10 draft picks are mids with the odd exception. North have some really talented kids in the midfield (Sheezel, McKercher, Wardlaw, Powell) to go along with LDU and the new members of the team in Parker and Daniel who will float in the middle. I'm not sure adding another will help as much as getting 2 kpp's. Having said that, i'm happy with whatever the team decide as they have regained my trust over the last 2 seasons of drafting.

    , love your content it is absolutely amazing! I love all the draft information it’s super informative, in depth and I love it. I simply love young players coming through but I specifically use it to follow who’ll be a gun in SuperCoach draft next year!
    For example I seek to find the next Sheezel or daicos or Reid via your information and data on the draft.
    I wanted to ask if you have a phantom draft revolving around SuperCoach / fantasy scoring more so than just pure talent ?

    Just when I thought I was sold on Trainor for my ROO boys haha!
    I'm not discouraged by any stretch but you've sold me a two horse race here mate.
    The case you make for Tauru is also one I'd make for Armstrong. Bit higher than what they're worth, but if North want their man they'll take him. And whether it's an Armstrong, Tauru or Langford THAT'S THE VALUE OF A TOP 3 PICK!
    As a North supporter I'd really hope North split the pick. Pick 6 and 10 for North's pick 2 and 22 IMO would be fair. Granted North give up more in pts but it's the two shots in the top 15 that North are after.
    Where as Richmond will want pick 2 with the high value of pick 22. They could trade up further into the 1st round STILL!
    You've made a compelling case to be sure mate. I've subscribed haha. Interested to see what other content you've got coming next.

      haha love this comment mate! yeah it's well and truly a two horse race! I do think North will attempt to split the pick, but it will be hard to get hold of 6 and 10 given the quality in the top end. I think North will do anything that gets them a combination of Tauru and Armstrong/Shanahan. ideally, I think picks in the 8-14 zone would get it done

    • @ShadowLight-kn7rl
      @ShadowLight-kn7rl หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DylanAlexanderFollowsDraft I agree. So long as North have at least one top 10 pick and another in the top 15 we should definitely land any combination of Tauru, Armstrong, Shanahan and even Trainor.
      The combine is going to very big this year as that could mean all the difference for the first round contenders.
      Even the likes of Hynes, Faull, Allen, Sims and the Whitlock brothers are no doubt on North's radar. Not a bad draft board.

    Great video, really enjoyed it and had no issues understanding it, some feedback though, maybe when you’re talking general about some of the players featured in this draft maybe add the most recent mock draft list top 10/15 to the side or wherever when you’re talking about it, otherwise it’s just you talking and it can be more engaging to look at the graphic and put it together ourselves, because unlike yourself, I’m not too all over the draft and players so it would help with that plus give us more to look at during! I think North has stated that they'll take the best player available with their first pick, so anyone gambling on North picking Tauru with #2 is likely to be disappointed. #6 and 17 from Richmond for #2 is not enough. There seems to be a clear top 5, so #2 most definitely is very valuable for a club hoping to pick a very talented mid. North is also in need of a big bodied mid, so without anyone offering something worthwhile for #2 I can see North still pick Josh Smillie.

    Tigers are dead keen on Lalor and FOS. I bet my bottom dollar they trade 6 and 20 to North for 2, and take both of them at 1 and 2 (and then get another good player at 14, with Berry looking like a player in Richmonds wheelhouse if he makes it that far). North will figure Carlton and Adelaide will then take Smith and Dawson respectively at 3 and 4 and that only leaves Melbourne at 5 to worry about.
    North get the guy they would have taken at 2 anyway, and then get a free hit at 20 in a deep draft. Richmond get Dusty mk 2 with Lalor, and a classy mid in FOS (who will take a little longer, but they have time to develop him, and can afford to take the risk he's put into everyones mind this year that he might not make it).

The first 20 appear incredibly even. Nobody can tell the order! Why is Langford better than Lindsay? Than Berry? Or many others in the open rd? The scenario here would far advantage Nth rather than Richmond. Nobody has a crystal ball concerning who the best midfielders are in rd one. And Richmond stuffed up on Terranto and Hopper big time 😮 So widen your options rather than trusting your non-existent “expertise “.
