@freespeechisdead202 they didn't. Gave up Lukosius and pick 6 for Nobel and Rioli. The future first from Port will be good, but the Coll future first won't be since Coll is very likely a top 4 team again. All the other pucks they got with Rioli are bad, nothing in the top 50

As a bombers fan, I'd like to see Rosa and Brad Scott on the same page. We seem to be heading down the ladder for the next year or 2, just need Brad to now play the kids for that to work. Think he fell victim to thinking he could be that coach that can change anything and wasted the last 2 years giving soft games to older players who didn't add anything. Down to go up. No more trading in average top ups. Sad reality but its the right way in my opinion.

Collingwood's core group of players in the prime 26 to 30 range next year are Houston, Perryman, Schultz, McStay, Lipinski, De Goey, Moore, Maynard, Cameron, McReery, Markov, Frampton and Josh Daicos with Nick Daicos, Quaynor, Hill and Harrison younger. Other promising younger players are McInnes, Allan, Jiath, Ryan, De Mattia, Parker, Steene and Smit. Father son Tom McGuane next year.

North have next to no draft hand and a big interest in Trainor. Expect Richmond to trade for pick 2 and give up maybe 11, 20 and 23. Allows Richmond to take O’Sullivan and Lalor while still taking 5-6 players this draft whilst more than likely trading 24 into a next year 1st rounder. @@fergulator7297 Richmond won’t trade 6. 10 and 11 would be a chance. North have no intention to draft one of the top midfielders and are after key stocks. One of or both of Armstrong and shanahan are likely to be gone by pick 10 and 11 which they seem to be invested in Trainor at that range. 11 and two later picks gives them two chances.

And there just isn't enough talent in those 2 years for us to win a GF cos of Neil Bullen has gone.
Therefore, it's like another Grundy trade. Bottom of the ladder here we come:)
The problem with trading a future 1st rounder is. I don't think we are immune from the bottom of the ladder for next year. And if that happens, we have handed over a number 1 draft pick to the Bombers. And if that happens, we get locked in in about three years away. And apparently this is a weak draft list.
I think they would have been better off trading everything else they had for future picks.

There is no way that Houston is a better footballer than Barrass. There's a strong argument that Bolton, Baker and Battle are superior also. Half back flankers grow on trees and Houston isn't great defensively

I disagree ! A few years ago you may of had an argument, but Barrass has a server back injury now and will be lucky to play 3/4 of the season. Houston is one of the leagues best kicks and also has the ability to play multiple positions . Bolton plays well if his team is winning, Baker is ok and Battle 🤣 role player at best.

@@greenbane2105 lol I think you are going over the top mate as without intercept players the likes of Houston wouldn't get the ball to use their damaging kicks !
Houston isn't the greatest defender in the league , not even close, actually he is more of a rebound player than a defender however in comparison to Barrass whom I started now has a back injury he is a better pick.
