I like it. I would use the upstairs as storage because I can't get up and down the stairs. I would remove the table and expand the living area. I would sleep on the sofa. I love the bathroom. The kitchen is nice. The size is perfect for me. Good tour! ✌🏻💟😁🏚️🇺🇸

Poor lighting can diminish the impact of even the most thoughtfully designed spaces. Considering its size, this home looks spacious because of well maximized lighting. 😉✨
Great build on a tiny! Here in the southern US it is much more expensive to heat the house than it is to cool it. We dread having to turn on the heat because the bill will be infinitely more than for a/c.
Do you ever install on-demand hot water heater instead of the tank? It takes up so much room. It’s sad that the “closet” in the bathroom is not available as closet space-with an on demand system it can be at the back and the closet can be utilized. I know it’s more expensive but it’d be worth it to get that closet for storage.
Do you have any model that can withstand Whitehorse's winters? and how about delivery? it is still competitive send a Minimaliste from coast to coast and north? I love your designs!

Just beautiful. It would be a bit short for me (personally I prefer a ground floor bedroom) but it’s an absolutely gorgeous place.
You should take a look at their no loft models with downstairs bedrooms. They're nice models as well.
