I love that you have a mechanical room and you have everything all together instead of having it scattered throughout the tiny house like many builders do.

I really like this version the best. The Closet/Storage in the Master Bedroom is brilliant. The toe kick drawers great idea. The white ceiling makes a huge difference by making it feel larger!

In particular, I love the bedroom with all the incredible storage in it. There are only two things that I would change if this house was built for me. I would add a cook top surface of at least two burners and I would not want or need the rooftop deck. Otherwise, this house is perfect!

I really like this one A LOT, I would add some of the features that I have seen in some of your other models too. I love the stairway, the storage, and the bathtub (need a rainshower head)do not need the rooftop deck for my purposes however, I would love a built-in desk somewhere. The sensors are a must! Love the spacious feel and would love one of the fireplaces you placed in one of your other units. I wonder what kind of shelves could be made for my collection of cookbooks. J'adore sérieusement les stores motorisés pcq je dois dormir à l'obscurité totale. Aussi, j'aime beaucoup que la salle de bain donne sur la chambre et qu'il y ait autant de rangement dans toute la maison. Elle est très belle comme toutes les autres. Si je peux me permettre une suggestion, j'opterais fortement pour une table de style banquette pour manger avec une belle grande fenêtre derrière pour illuminer les repas. C'est un de mes rêves :) Ça, et la banquette sous une fenêtre avec des coussins pour se déposer. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

For the bedroom blinds, it would be great if they completely blocked all the light (e.g. no gaps at all). I'd prefer to use the blind system of the entrance door for the bedroom windows.
Love this one but the space in the loft to get to the rooftop for us "old" people is to short (lol) Why do you have to be so far away to see them in person or get one shipped across the provinces? I'm sure the cost to bring it to west is high.
There is an easier solution to turning off the water when the vacation home is not in use, at least in the state I grew up in. Turn off the main water valve to the property.
I love the space of this model. Personally for me , I would get rid of the dishwasher and add a microwave /air fryer machine. Also I would have added a convertible bench/ bed combo up front. I love all the storage in the main bedroom.
i’m literally gonna get my shit together so i can buy a magnolia or a charme. the “tiny” homes i find on this channel are designed beautifully and with functionality in mind!

Those blinds in the bedroom need to be full blackout, especially where I live. I hate being woken up at 3 am because of light creeping in. Though, I do love the nightingales. However, wish you in EU for build purposes. However, because of laws, it would have to be shipped on flat bed and installed on a foundation. I am an immigrant in Denmark, so tiny houses on wheels would not be an option for me. I do not know the laws, and Denmark is rather slow about it anyway, along with most of the EU with laws forbidding living in RV or movable houses. Heck there is not a mobile home trailer park in site whoever I have traveled in the EU. Yes camping, but not allowed to stay in them year round.
Have you thought about making a build to have 2 bathrooms with that and 3 bedrooms ( 2 loft rooms and 1 on main floor) but when parked and set up it would have slide outs and the whole ( second floor could raise so you could stand when in the loft areas). If not is this something your company woukd be open to building for a customer?
Slide outs are a terrible idea for cold climates. He didn't say where this house was going. I am sure that if this was for a moderate to warm climate they would build whatever you want. I must say that your idea sounds great.
I don't think you can do that with a tiny house. I've definitely seen dual sleeping lofts but never dual lofts AND a main floor room with 2 baths. That's not what tinies are designed for. You're better off getting a commercial RV at that point but you'd still be stuck with 1 bathroom.
I've seen bits and pieces of what I'm asking for in separate tiny homes. I just think it's be great to combine all together. I have a bunch of ideas i just nedd to narrow it down to 1 so i can work towards that dream of building it or having it built. I have seen two baths 3 bd tiny homes . More than enough, it’s meant for heavy snowboard so the rooftop deck could feature 8 people easily .
