Did this class first thing in the morning after a coffee and the combination moves and how mobility focused this was has me super energised and warmed up in my joints. Everytime you make us do a few extra reps I'm yelling at my screen like "you're so sneaky Nicole! you said this was the last one! 🥵" 😂

Usually I don't comment under videos, but I'm doing it now because i wanted to tell you that your videos are the best! I started watching you and doing work outs with you since january 2021. Since then I started seeing changes in my body. My arms and my abs are getting stronger! My arms are toned and I have never had that strong and toned arms! And your work outs for legs and booty seems easy but are actually hard and that's why I love them. Actually I love all your videos-pilates, yoga, HIIT, tabata, etc. You introduced me to a new world (how good is yoga for my body and mind, how good I'm feeling after a stretch session and more) and to new way of thinking and feeling in my body! Thank you! You influence people in a good way! And most importnatly-you do it just for us without seeling things to us and/or making us buying things just to have work out with you via TH-cam or just to feel good because we worked out that day! Amazing! I feel the energy flowing through my entire body now - wonderful way to start my day. This workout also helped me see how far I've come over the eight months I've been consistently doing your videos. Back then, I don't think I would have made it through the warm-up. Now, I finished the whole video! I was challenged, for sure, but I can see how much stronger and more flexible I've become. I LOVED it! Such a good full body burn! At first, I really felt my glutes during those squats and the exercises on all fours, then my abs got a good burn & then my glutes again during the bridges. THANK YOU for this quick, but amazing full body workout!

I get aches and pains that come and go. When they’re here, I use your videos as a kind of physical therapy. They’ve dramatically helped my hurting hip, which I realized was just really weak! There were times when I couldn’t even walk. Now I’m back to running 3 miles or 1 hour bike rides-pain free. Thank you! 🩷

I LOVED it! Such a good full body burn! At first, I really felt my glutes during those squats and the exercises on all fours, then my abs got a good burn & then my glutes again during the bridges. THANK YOU for this quick, but amazing full body workout!

I get aches and pains that come and go. When they’re here, I use your videos as a kind of physical therapy. They’ve dramatically helped my hurting hip, which I realized was just really weak! There were times when I couldn’t even walk. Now I’m back to running 3 miles or 1 hour bike rides-pain free. Thank you! 🩷
I’m realizing this sounds really dramatic… But it’s the truth haha. If you do need physical therapy, please see a physical therapist. 😅
