You see I have been coming to Bali for over 12 years and have slowly fallen out of love with the island. Too many tourists, and the expensive daily budget you need compared to just a few years ago, means that I kinda wrote Bali off as a travel destination.
However, recently I decided (thanks to my subscribers) to give Bali another try except this time to explore the 80% of the Island I have previously ignored and go out and explore the 'REAL' Bali.
In this episode then we jump on a scooter and explore more of Northern Bali in the area of Munduk.

I enjoyed all 4 videos and now added the waterfall to our list 👌🏻We are also enjoying travelling around the island, we decided to venture out and travelled to Candidasa and Amed absolutely loved it, so repeating and staying longer to explore more of the area on bike

Overall July-August best time visiting there, dry season, less rainy, clearer sky and bit colder in the morning..perfect
Wow !! You saved the best for last. Was in Bali in 1993, did spend a few day's off the beaten track, wish I had spent more. From the back roads of Bali to Switzerland, it just doesn't get much better. If you are near Thun or Bern, check them out.
Bali is so very beautiful, that's for sure!
I will always enjoy your driving shots - but I think I also very much enjoy doing my own driving tours when I travel. (I need to go my motorbike sometime!)

QUICK-hire the landscaper…oh wait..Mother Nature cannot be beat period! This is what I mean by observing/reading/seeing ‘journeys’ because now you’re a little more ( or a lot😀) mature, more travel experiences, and now a perfect circle! And a little less lonely with the lovely Miss P. Spectacular and special. Thank you for bringing us along🙏🏻❤️riding through the clouds was great! That eco stay looks wonderful, I’ve seen a few other videos because originally I wanted to do Bali for at least 3 months. The rice fields are wondrous so any place among them is beautiful. It’s also how I found you-although I think by then you were doing the 77 provinces of Thailand, so now I want to do Bali , Thailand, then Philippines.

Paddy - If you download a Google map for the areas you are going to be in while on WiFi, even if you don't have any data on your SIM card in your phone later on, GPS will still show where you are in relation to everything else on the downloaded map. It is really quite useful in places where cell phone connections are weak or nonexistent.

I’ve been in Bali for two weeks,changed different hotels every three days is fantastic,try to make reservation cause walk in rates are about double price,places are amazing,food is ok and my suggestion is grilled duck inside bamboo.

This is the best waterfalls I see so far in Bali. Strong water, big pool to swim and the green besides it. The rest I think it is over crowded.
I've been in Ubud several times, and it keeps amazed me. Never been to Munduk and Sedimen, probably will go there this December, hopefully. Thanks for your sharing. Have a good day

Yesterday we finished our trip in Munduk at the twin lake waterfalls, it was amazing. Just a few days before that we did the Munduk Waterfall Hike! It was magical to see the 3 out of the 4 waterfalls especially the first 2. We were there in the morning and there were just a few tourists exploring.

Thanks again! I was based in Bali 10 yrs, north of Ubud. Had many wonderful adventures riding round to the interior. Will be back there in 3 weeks, feeling better about that since you've reminded me there's so much more to discover :)

We went to Bali in 2015 with our 1 year old daughter. We had a great time. Went to Sidemen and a lot of different great places. This series really triggers me to go again :)

I love Bali. I was stuck there during the pandemic. It was a sad time because so many people were out of work, but I was able to stay there and watch it reopen to the world. Even though I lived in South Bali, Seminyak, I agree South Bali is rubbish. I loved taking trips to North Bali. I would go to Kintamani or Bedugal.
